I take back what I said about my chapter 9 being my most popular chapter. Chapter 10, easily outstripped it with the Reveal of Kushina and Kurama.

Chapter 11: BOOM Pt 2
Location: Pentagram City, Pride Ring
Place: Streets of the city
Time: 2 hours into the Purge
It took both Naruto and Kushina a moment to figure out what the man... uh woman said.
"YOUR MY SON/MOTHER!" yelled Kushina and Naruto looking at each other.
Kushina looked closer at the person she was just fighting. He was tall and his hair was blond like Minato's own, his eyes were shaped like hers as was his face. If he was alive, then he would be 17 as of 21 days ago. He looked just like a combination of her and Minato.
Seventeen years ago, when she gave birth to her son, a masked man had attacked the location where Minato had set up a barrier in order to contain Kurama inside of her while the wife of the 3rd Hokage delivered her Baby into the world. When the masked man attacked, he killed the full detail of ANBU guards in mere seconds. The rest of the night had been one long stretch of pain when the Kyubi was ripped from her, the attack on Konoha. Only twice in that night did she feel any peace.
When she held her son for the first time and when she took Kurama's claw to save Naruto. She had gazed upon her son, said her final words, and... died. She awoke in the sky surrounded by White clouds that seemed as solid as the grounds of earth country, yet as soft as the sounds of Wind County, clear skies that reminded her of the cool days in Konoha, and... wings that seemed to glow in the endless sunlight that seemed to exist, and finally a Halo made of golden energy.
Her confusion was almost overwhelming until she was taken to see one of heaven's many devoted bureaucrats that were there to help people who had the same symptoms of confusion and the like. After several days/Weeks of speaking with her assigned help the confusion had lessened, but questions still remained. The first one that came to was why she was allowed into heaven. Because she had sacrificed her life for the life and future of her son it had automatically rejected the sins that she had commented since it was an act of love.
She discovered that since Minato used the Reaper Death Seal, he was touched by death and would never be allowed in heaven. Even if he hadn't used the Reaper Death Seal, Minato had killed to many people during the Third Shinobi was and like the strongest members of the Uchiha clan that had come to close to the realm of gods had discovered, trespassing into Gods Realm was a one-way ticket to a place beyond Hell.
By her fifth year in heaven, she had decided to join the legions. She started as a low-ranked Legionnaire, but she quickly worked her way up. Until she was part of the Exterminators. Now here she was on her 9th extermination, her first as a leader of a squad -who were already dead thanks to some resistance- and united with her son. Kushina stabbed her spear into the ground and walked up to Naruto and placed a hand on his face. A tender hand that transferred warmth to his face. Naruto raised his hand to hers and took it.
"I wish I had you in my life when I was alive, but Miss Kushina I have a date with an Overlord and you have to get back to the extermination," said Naruto turning to Cherri, who nodded.
"Wait! Let me help you," said Kushina.
"Kushina," said Kurama shifting to his male form. "You know what will happen if you pressure this course of action. Angels who had taken selfish actions don't get to return to heaven,"
Kushina bit her lip as she pulled one of her feathers. It was turning void black. She looked at the back of her 17-year-old son. The son she had failed, the son she should have watched grow up to be one of the strongest shinobi in Elemental Nations history, the son who should have been crushing on her students Kurenai, Hana, and Yuago as they teased him. Should have gotten into fights with him about his choice of girlfriends. Should have comforted him after his first kill. (1)
"If it's for Naruto, It's the price I'll gladly pay in full Kurama," said Kushina as she began to walk away from Kurama.
M-Kurama smiled as she watched Kushina walk away. "The price you'll pay isn't so easy as simply falling,"
"What about you Kurama? Why are you shifting from Male to Female?" asked Kushina.
M-Kurama frowned before shifting back to his F-form. "Let's just say that I was stupid enough to piss off Lilith my first year here. That's a story for another time," said F-Kurama. (2)

Place: Building North of Porn Studios
Time: (5 hours into Purge)
The leader of the building's guard was just another sinner demon who had died in the early 90s gang wars. He was nothing special. He wasn't even as strong as a warlord. He was lucky to be a soldier in Valentino's ranks. Aside from watching the purge on TV, he had no entertainment to speak of. The Barrier buildings were all protected to a degree, but if they left the building they were as good as dead.
"Hey, boss do you think Big Val will send over some girls to entertainment? maybe Dia or Summer, By Satan i''ve wanted to plug Summer forever," asked one of the many men that were left in the building to protect it.
It was a small detail. Each building that was part of the barrier network was manned by no less than 100 members of Valentino's group. Considering how big the organization was, it was a wonder they couldn't send more. But he wasn't going to tell that to Valantino's face.
He smoked some weed. Instead of being up in the penthouse, enjoying the sluts, good drugs, and good life, he was down with the low lives and weaklings.
"The Hancho won't risk a decent slut just to let us kill her in a 100-man gang bang you idiot," said the man laughing.
"Any whores sent to them wouldn't last the night," said his buddy as they returned to their game of cards.
On the lower level of the two-floor building, a man sat at the security desk half asleep all around were goons that were ready in the event of the angels walking into the building. The front door opened and every gun in the lobby turned on the person who walked in.
The guy at the security desk looked at the arrival as he walked towards the desk. He stopped right in front of the desk and picked up a pencil. He picked up the clipboard and wrote something on it. He placed the clipboard down.
"Who in the fuck are you?" asked the guy.
"Let's just say I'm a friend of Valentino's," said the man placing the board down.
The security guard picked up the board and looked at it. "So, what do you need to see him for mr... D.E. Atmeat," said the man.

"I'm going to kick his ass,"
"Wh-?" asked the man, but he didn't get to finish as Naruto shoved the pencil into his forehead, before snapping it in half and pulling out his pistol and putting two into the man.
Before the other men could open fire a spear flow into the window and decapitated several of the men inside. Cherri and F Kurama jumped into the building, Cherri firing the shotgun Naruto let her barrow while F-Kurama slide under another man's pair of legs before jumping up wrapping her thighs around his neck and snapping it, before throwing him into another person, only for him to fall into Naruto's pistol and get his eye to blow out. Naruto throws the pistol only for Kushina to catch it and fire two into the man who held her spear. Tossing the pistol back, Naruto caught it after doing a spin kick that sent one man flying. He turned to Cherri and fired off a shot putting a bullet in one man's head, only for Cherri to put the shotgun in the mouth of a man and pull the trigger, splattering brains.
F-Kurama shifted into her male form and opened her mouth firing off a beam of light that tore apart several men. Naruto jumped over her pulling out his new hammer and slamming it on the stairs dropping several people as Kushina slashed unleashing a golden arc of light that killed several people. Cherri throws the gun at Naruto who caught it and pressed his back against the stairs. Cherri followed him up as the door to the bathroom opened up and the man was dropkicked by Kushina and a bomb from Cherri.
The bomb exploded as Naruto peeked his head around the corner but instantly pulled it back, as the bullets of an M249 whizzed past his head. Kushina and Cherri looked back at each other before nodding. They jumped into the hall and ran along the walls. The woman who was operating the M249 opened fire on Kushina. Kushina raised her spear and cut all the bullets that came her way. Cherri waved her hands creating a small bomb before throwing it at the M249 crew before it exploded.
Naruto and the now M-Kurama followed suit. They made it to the end of the hallway, before kicking open the door. Naruto rushed at the man as Kushina throw him his pistol. Naruto caught it and put the pistol to the man's head.
"Please don't kill me!" screamed in man.
"I won't so long as you give me your cell phone," said Naruto holding out his hand.
Location: Pentagram City, Pride Ring
Place: Porn Studios
Time: (5 Hours into the Purge)
Valentino, Velvet, and Vox sat in their respective chairs watching as Dia and Summer Valentino's favored two sluts/ bodyguards danced and had sex for the entertainment of the duo, as well as a few of their top-ranked Lts. Valentino watched as the duo performed with a few of his people looking at them with lust but knowing not to touch unless given permission by Valentino himself.
One of Valentino's men was sitting off to the side. He was a Tiger Sinner Demon that had come to him from the 'Shinobi World'. Without getting metaphysical He was just an assist that Valentino acquired and was stronger than most Sinner Demons. He was a Warlord in power, but Valentino could easily snap him like a twig if he ever got out of line. Which was why he was always careful about anything he did. After all, he died because he had allowed his 'best friend' to get the drop on him during his escape attempt from the village.
The tiger was in the middle of receiving some head from one of the other pieces of entertainment. An imp that had earned his ire and while not as thicc as Millie was, she was a close second... well third since Dia was his favorite imp. His Hellphone rang. Growling in annoyance Mizuku picked it up and looked at who was calling. It was one of the guard buildings that maintained the Defensive barrier of the Studio. What the hell were those Idiots calling for?
"What is it!?" Asked Mizuki
"Put me on speaker and cut down the music! I need Valentino to hear this," said the voice on the other end.
"Who the fuck are yo-," stared Mizuki
"DO IT!" came the other voice over the phone.
Mizuki felt a shiver of fear run down his spine. Before he looked over at the DJ. "HEY CUT THE MUSIC!"
The DJ did as she was told and all activity stopped when the music came to a screeching holt. Everyone looked at the LT of Valentino's The three V's looked at Mizuki two with interest and one with annoyance.
"Why did you stop the music, Mizuki? I was enjoying the show my girls were putting on," said Valentino as he pulled out his gold cigarette holder and placed a cigarette in it.
Mizuki shivered seeing it. While Valentino had powerful abilities without that little stick, they were amplified 10-fold when he used it. Back in the Shinobi world he had seen people with some freaky abilities. Down in this hell some of those abilities were put to shame. He wasn't even sure if Orochimaru would make it down here.
"S-sir someone on the phone for you," said Mizuki as he put it on speaker as he walked closer to his boss.
"Valentino speaking," said the Defacto leader of the V's.
"Hello Valentino," said Naruto.
"Whiskers!" yelled Velvet in excitement.
Valentino raised an eyebrow at this. "So, you're the boy who turned down my very lucrative and very generous offer. That was such a shame. A boy like you needs guidance and a firm hand to direct all that power. Also, your mother was a nice hot piece of ass. Too bad she got away before I got a taste of her myself. My own felt for waiting for the purge though. Her and Angel would have made a fine meal," said Valentino making everyone in the room laugh.
The grinding of teeth could be heard on the other end of the line. "Grandpa Joe told me our family's motto back when I was visiting the farm in wrath. If you don't cut the shit, I'm going to take my foot and use you as a slipper. That means that since you started this, I'm going to stomp a mudhole in your ass and walk it dry," said Naruto. (3)
The room went grave silent. Valentino growled hearing this. "What did you say to me you little shit!?" yelled Valentino.
"You heard me Valentino. You have five minutes to release Angel's contract and SWEAR upon your very soul that you won't come after my family and friends None of your assistants or members of your organization are allowed to come near my people. If you do all of what I just said forgiven and we can go are separate ways with no hard feelings... okay some hard feelings because I'm still going to bash your fucking face in, but you'll live," said Naruto.
If the room was silent before, not it was a negative space. To SWEAR upon something in hell was one of the few rules that was held up. SWEARS went directly to the king of hell himself. Should a SWEAR be violated then they could expect a visit from the most powerful being in all of hell. Rarely if ever was a SWEAR created and those that did make it tended to fall victim to violating said swears.
"Who the FUCK! Do you think you are? I refuse your SWEAR and counter. SWEAR Loyalty to the Three V's and you and your family will be whatever it is I want from you. Your dad my serving boy, your Mom Millie my cock sleeve, maybe even turn Stolas's little girl into a star attraction," said Valentino.
The line was silent for a second. "Then watch your empire of Sins burn and by the end of the night you're going to be my bitch," said Naruto hanging up.
Valentino looked at the phone, before an explosion came from the northernmost building that protected the Porn Studios building. All of the residents rushed to it and watched as a section on the barrier fell.
Valentino growled, before turning to everyone. "WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU STANDING AROUND FOR!? GET THE GUNS AND BRING ME THAT FUCKING FOX! 1,000,000 SOULZ FOR THE MAN WHO BRINGS ME HIS HEAD, 10,000,000 FOR THE MAN WHO BRINGS ME HIS HEART, AND 100,000,000 FOR THE MAN WHO BRINGS HIM IN ALIVE!" yelled Valentino.
With those words everyone in the room, before pulling out hellphones rushed the doors. They smelled money in the air, but that missed the hint of blood that ran alongside it.
Location: Pentagram City, Pride Ring
Place: Building 200 meters North of Porn Studios
Time: (5 hours into the purge)
Cherri, Kushina, and looked at Naruto as he sat in a folding chair with his pistol to the head of the man who was managing the barrier, phone held to his head., before he pulled it away.
"Millie!?" asked Kushina raising an eyebrow.
"Yeah, that's Naruto's mum," said Cherri. "Nice lass, I wish I could ask her to be part of my crew,"
Kushina frowned at this. "I'm his mother," said Kushina.
"You gave birth to Me... Kushina. Unfortunately, I can't see you as anything other than my incubator, Personally, I have no feelings for you one way or the other at the moment. but that's neither here nor there. Your Halo and wings are another issue though. Why are they changing?" asked Naruto.
Kushina grabbed her Halo and pulled it off her head. The Halo now had four spikes jutting out from its sides and was going from gold to white with a black outline, her wings were turning black, and her skin was starting to creak and turn ashen white.
Kushina smiled as she released her halo as it flow to its former place at the top of her head. "You may not feel anything for me at the moment, but I do love you Naruto. You are my son. Don't worry about me. We have an overlord to Kill today," said Kushina.
"Are you freaking stupid!" yelled the man Naruto had a gunpoint. "The V's are one of the most well-connected groups in all of hell. Even the Goetia and Seven Sins don't fuck with them. Nobody is stupid enough to challenge them,"
"You're forgetting the number one rule of hell my friend," said Naruto
"And what's that?" asked the Sinner.
"The strong make the rules!" smirked Naruto before blowing the man's head clean off.
"Let's go. We only have a few hours to do this," said Cherri.
Naruto rose from his Chair and walked with Kushina, Cherri, and M-Kurama. They had an Empire to burn

A/N
1: The usual group who are Kushina's students are Anko, Kurenai, and Yuago. Sometimes Hana. But I changed it tow Kurenai, Yuago, and Hana.
2: Kurama is not male or Female here. It's just a quirk that I thought would be fun. Kurama Involuntarily shifts between male and female. Sometimes if the emotion of gender is strong enough, he has no choice but to be that gender. Kinda like the curse that Ranma is under.
