"Welcome home, Julia! Welcome home, Liam!" Angela exclaimed from the stairs, the day Joey, Caitlin, Craig, and Sammy brought the babies home in baby carriers. They were going to have a SCHOOL'S OUT! Bash Cook-Out/Birthday Celebration for Julia and Liam and they were going to invite, Regina, Hayden, Candice, and Juan. It was a joint birthday celebration for Julia, Liam, Jonah, Kensi Lynn (they decided on using her first and middle name), and Amanda, which they had predicted would be like that every year.

Craig put his arm around Sammy and kissed her on the side of the head. He missed her being pregnant but he liked the fact that he could actually hold what she had been carrying around for nine months in his arms. "It's my turn to carry her," he whispered, in her ear.

She smiled at him and then kissed him on the lips. Sammy had worked things out with her mom and had actually agreed to let Sammy live with Craig and she was helping with the "Daddy Search" as Jane liked to call it.

The proud fathers carried the newborns upstairs to the nursery and Gabriel jumped up and down from his playpen. "MOMMY! MOMMY! MOMMY!" he exclaimed. Sammy walked over and picked him up.

"How's Mommy's big boy?" she asked, kissing him on the cheek and then sitting down with him.

"Where's Sissy?" he asked, looking around.

"She's sleeping upstairs. So," she put her finger to her lips, "sh, you have to be quiet to not wake her up."

Gabriel mimicked his mother's movement and put his finger to his lips and then he moved the finger and pulled himself up on her lap and kissed her on the cheek. "Love you, Mommy," he said.

"Love you, too, Sweetie," she said. She kissed him back and then she started to tickle him and when he stopped giggling, they fell asleep on the couch.

"Sammy, wake up," Craig whispered.

Sammy opened her eyes and looked up at him. "Hey," she said.

"Hey, we better get ready for the party," he replied.

"Ok." Sammy sat up, Craig was holding Gabriel.

Sammy went upstairs and changed and when she came back downstairs, Ellie, Marco, Dylan, Paige, Spinner, Hazel, and Jimmy were already there. Craig had Julia and they were all throwing a fit over her.

"She's so beautiful!" Paige exclaimed.

"Thanks," Craig said. She started to fuss and he shushed her and bounced her. Caitlin and Joey walked in with Liam and Angela sat herself on the couch.

"I want to hold my niece and brother now!" she exclaimed.

"Alright, big girl," Joey said. He picked up Liam and put him in Angela's lap. "Support his head."

Ellie had brought a disposable camera and she snapped a picture while Joey got Craig's. Angela smiled at her baby brother and then kissed him on the forehead. Caitlin took Liam and Craig exchanged him for Julia. Ellie snapped a photo and then Joey.

"Hey," Hazel said, seeing Sammy.

"How are you doing?" Paige asked.

"I'm fine," Sammy said, flashing a smile. Gabriel toddled over to her and she picked him up. "Do you want to go see your baby sister?" He nodded and she carried him over as Craig picked Julia back up and Gabriel touched her face. Julia looked up at her big brother with eyes full of curiosity and amazement.

"Give her a kiss," Sammy coaxed him. Craig held the baby and smiled as his soon-to-be stepson leaned down and kissed his half sister on the head.

"Oh, that's so cute!" Paige exclaimed.

Ellie had snapped the picture. "I'll get you some doubles for the baby book," she said. She smiled.

"What baby book?" Sammy asked.

Paige smiled and reached into her large bag and pulled out a baby book that was handmade and handed it over to Sammy, Spinner took Gabriel so she could look at it. On the cover was a picture taken through the nursery window and written in metallic marker it read: JULIA DESTINY THOMAS-MANNING and it had her birthday. She opened it to the front page and it read: Happy birthday Julia! and then everybody from school had signed it. Everyone but Manny and Ashley, that is.

"Thank you so much!" Sammy exclaimed. She hugged everyone of them and everyone that had arrived at the time, and then everyone as they arrived.

They moved to the backyard. Craig hadn't put Julia down, except to let Angela hold her. Angela walked around in a shirt that she had written on. I'M AN AUNT was on one side and I'M A BIG SISTER on the other.

"You look very cute in your shirt," Paige complimented her.

"Thank you," Angela said, swaying back and forth.

Paige smiled.

Regina, Hayden, Candice, and Juan all arrived a little while later with Kensi Lynn, Amanda, and Jonah. "Hey!" Sammy exclaimed. She introduced them to her other friends and announced that they would be going to Degrassi next semester.

"Well, then welcome to the Degrassi crew!" Paige exclaimed.

They all said thanks and then finally Joey announced that the hot dogs and burgers were ready. They sat in the backyard eating and talking about their future plans for the summer and to watch their kids grow up.
