What I think God would say

God was in heaven thinking about the fall of his children Adam and Eve. He knew from the beginning that the man and woman had always been responsible for themselves. It was not He who had committed the unlawful act of eating the off of the tree of the fruit of knowledge of good and evil. He would have preferred honesty from the very beginning instead of the way they hadn't wanted to take responsibility for what they had done. They had blamed the serpent. Yes, the serpent had tempted Eve, but could they not be responsible for their own actions? 'Now,' thought God to himself, 'they will despise everything that I have made on the earth.' God looked and saw these days coming, he thought, 'See how I have created nature and all things upon the earth, they simply dominate it and destroy it all. Lo, I have made man and they hate and destroy each other. They don't hear my message, I even gave the word to Christ and still they hate each other. They all want to remake the world in their own image. They all have their own ideas of what the world should be like. My Christ was sent with this message,

"Ye have heard that it hath been said, An eye for an eye, and a tooth for a tooth. But I say unto you that ye resist not evil, but whosoever shall smite thee on thy right cheek, turn to him the other also. And if any man will sue thee at the law and take away thy coat, let him have thy cloak also. And whosoever shall compel thee to go a mile, go with him two. Give to him that asketh thee; and from him that would borrow of thee, turn not thou away."

'Also, I said to him that he should say,

"Ye have heard that it hath been said, Thou shalt love thy neighbour and hate thine enemy. But I say unto you, love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them that despitefully use you and persecute you, that ye may be the children of your Father who is in Heaven; For He maketh His sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust. For if ye love them that love you, what reward have ye? Do not even the publicans the same? And if ye salute your brethren only, what do ye more than others? Do not even the publicans so?

'Will they ever realize that I am not like man? My thoughts are not their thoughts, my ways are not their ways. I am inherent in all things, even in man himself, for all things have been poured forth from myself. If they do not even respect this commonality within each other...I hate to think of what they will bring upon themselves.
