A/N: This is my very first fic! Please R&R. I have more chapters I will put them up when I here what you think of this one.
Ginny was in her 5th year at Hogwarts. She stood in front of her mirror trying to find something to do with her hair. Should she wear it up? Down? Bun? poney tail? She went through this every morning. Everyone thought she was over Harry, but the truth was she still liked him, A lot. She brushed her hair and decided on a half poney tail. She pulled her robes over her uniform and heard a knock on the door. Hermione stood in the doorway.
"Ready to go to breakfast?" Hermione asked her. Hermione and Ginny had become really close friends over the summer.
"yeah, let me grab my bookbag." Ginny replied. She swung her bag over her shoulder and ran out the door. Hermione followed close behind her. Harry and Ron were waiting in the common room looking very bored.
"Took you long enough!" Ron grunted
"lets go" Harry said rolling his eyes as Ron mutterd something that sounded a lot like 'girls!' as they left the portrait hole. When they got to the great hall, Hermione and Ron sat next to each other. Ginny and Harry sat across from them.
"so, Ginny...Ginny, congrates on getting the chaser position" Harry told her. Harry had gotten the seeker position back after Umbridge left.
"yeah, thanks" Ginny mumbled color rising in her cheeks.
"no problem!" Harry said proudly, "Well, I have to go and meet Professor McGonagall before class. See you at Quidditch practice tonight Ginny. Bye Ron, bye Hermione" Her got up and left leaving Ginny very Embarassed.
Ginny saw Ron looking at her suspiciously so she mumbled that she had to go to her first class and left without finishing her breakfast.
::Later that night::
Ginny walked downn to the Quidditch pitch. Harry and the rest of the team stood there waiting for her.
"Sorry I'm late" She mumbled.
"that's OK" Harry said. He pulled out a clipboard and showed the team some tactics he had made up. Harry was the new team captain. After 20 minutes everyone was in the air. They practiced for about an hour or 2 and then headed in to the castle for dinner.
"Ginny wait, there is somthing I wanted to ask you." harry pulled her towards him. He took a deep breath. He was nervous for what he was about to do.
"yes?" Ginny asked looking into his eyes.
"well....I dont know how to phrase it so lets see if you can figure it out from this...." He pulled her into a deep kiss.
