I hope you all are still with me! And I just have to say keep reading! Oh yeah. I also noticed that the title is sort of weird for the story. It's supposed to be like Bo's getting married but she's preggie with another guys baby do it's like the "other child" except that their's no other children in the story.......

The Other Child

~Chapter 2~

"What? Me?" I stood in shock. "Does Yusuke know?"

"I think so," said Boku. "If so he thinks it's his."

"This is crazy!" I exclaimed trying to keep cool. "When did this happen?"

"Before Yusuke proposed." said Bo. "I thought it was his for a while. But then I found out differently."

"I don't believe this!" I said. I sat in a chair and put my face in my hands.

Kurama took Yoru by the wrist and pulled her out of the room. They left me and Bo alone.

"I don't know what to do," she said after a moment. "Do I call off this thing with Yusuke or what?"

"Do you love him?" I asked.

"Of course..." she said. I'm not sure if even she believed her words.

"Bo..." I started but found that I had no words to finish the sentence.

"Yes?" she looked up looking hopeful. But I couldn't say it.

"How did this happen?" was what came out instead. "I don't remember."

"I know," she said. "I have a feeling you may have been a bit wasted. Remember the night after the rehearsal for the wedding?"

I admit that night was a bit of a blur. But I did remember spending a lot of time with Boku. Had we had sex? It was possible.

"Then I saw the mark on your neck that proves it." She gestured towards the mirror and I looked. Pulling down my shirt collar I saw it. The mark of a vampire bite on my throat.

We were silent after that. What was there to say? Eventually I said goodnight and left. I went outside and walked,

I was trying to clear my thoughts when I felt another presence next to me. Yoru.

"What are you doing?" I asked.

"I saw you leave," she said. "Would like some company?"

"Suit yourself."

We walked silently. She looked up at the moon. I looked at the ground, a dog barked off in the distance.

"Why didn't anyone tell me?" I asked.

"Bo didn't want us to," she said. "Are you okay with everything? I mean Bo's been taking this kinda hard. I believe that deep down she truly loves you not Yusuke."

We stopped walking and sat down.

"Hiei?" asked Yoru after a moment. "Do you love Boku?"

"Yes."

"Fight for her," said Yoru.

"What?" I was getting shocked again.

"Tell Bo you love her win her back!"

"No! I can't do that!"

"Yes you can! Hiei! C'mon I know you can do it! She loves you I know it! Just open up to her!"

"Open up to her? You two are the ones that won't open up!"

"Trust me Hiei. Just tell her."

She stood stretched and left. I sat for a while before heading back.

Yes. Tell her I love her. Harder that it sounds. But still........

The house was dark when I got back. I went to Boku's room. And knocked. She answered.

"I love you." I said.
