Tobias

I am the one whom no one sees
I know the freedom of flight,
Yet I am a slave in this very body.
Human and animal; Instinct and emotion
My past a dark shadow in front of my eyes
A secret hidden in the stars.
A heritage of warriors.
A legacy of courage.
I watch your lives from afar
As through the bars of a cage,
Unreachable, and I am yet a part of you,
The unknowing.
I live by the night, under the Envious Moon.
Then there she is! She is the Sun!
All the allure and grace in her fierce steps;
She, too, is strange in her own fragile skin,
My golden-haired beauty.
