Her Special Someone
It's been two years since he was gone...he left two people who loved him more the world. A boy that was not even eight yet, and a woman, that was the mother of the boy and his beautiful wife...
It was funny when he left, it seemed more quite, everything seemed less fun, less colorful as it had been...it all seemed...dull, but only one person made it better. Now everything seemed a little too boring, but then again, at the same time, exiting and exhilarating. The only reason why she stayed was for her little boy, he made sure that she would never break down, lose everything, or even go insane. Even if he didn't know, he was always there for her, and in so many ways he reminded her of her wonderful husband, a laugh, the way he acted, sometime his voice, even a smile, made her think right to Harry James Potter.
This brought a little more life, into life. He had hair like her, but eyes like him; he didn't seem to need glasses. Not at all, but she knew he would try to be his father. She just hoped that from the stories she heard that he wouldn't turn out like his grandfather...James...
She smiled at the thought of everyone always saying how much they acted and looked like James and Lily. (It felt weird at first knowing how much they acted like them...the reason was mostly because of Voldemort.) Sighing to herself she went into her son's room, his back was to the door. Silently she watched him for a while, feeling a little better then she had. With a last look she walked out of the room to the living room. It was filled with so many pictures...all of her family, friends, and their family.
She walked to one on the wall of their Hogwarts days; Harry was smiling as her put his arms around his shoulders before giving the camera a wink. She had dashed off after that, laughing, while he chased after her, laughing with her.
She felt cold and empty, but it came so easily that she was use to it, forcing her self not to cry, she walked to her bedroom, hoping for an easy sleep.
But she stopped right before she reached her door. Walked over to her son, Mike, kissing him lightly on the head, she placed more blanket on him, watching him as he stirred slightly.
Even if he will or wants to become his dad; a hero, he would already be to her. He saved her from depression, he was always willing help her when she needed him. He was her special someone...her hero, with a smile she left his room. Shaking her head she thought of how she was too lucky for two heroes in her life...if only...if only, he had stayed...would their life be different?
It was late when she came home one evening, her hand reached out for the light but someone touched her hand making her stop.
"Who's there?" She spoke, her head hurrying to Mike hoping he'd be ok.
Slowly the hand got off her hand and turned on the light, what she saw made her gasp, "Harry?"
