Kagome smiled. Looking up to the sky, she noticed how bright the sun was, how green the grass actually is, how good the flowers smell. Maybe it was the fact that she was so simply riding on Inuyasha's back. It was just the two of them. Sango had gone home, Miroku had stayed to woo a women, and shippo had decided to stay with Keade.
"Inuyasha can we rest?"
"Wench you've been riding on me all day!" He had put a little bit of and accent on all.
"Well im tired." she said jumping off his back.
"Sit boy." she said plainly as she looked through her large back pack of goodies.
"What was that for bitch?"

Kagome pulled out some Ramen and began to cook it. "you know Inuyasha you're kinda cute when you're being nice." He blushed at her words.
'I just wish you'd give me a sign Inuyasha.' she thought to herself with a sigh.
She gently served him some Ramen then herself. They ate in silence through the entire meal.

Kagome layed out her sleeping bag and layed down. She closed her eyes.

Inuaysha heard Kagome singing in her sleep. Opening one eyes he glance at her. She was still asleep. He sighed. She would never know his true feeling atleast not now. He loved her. he knew. all his mistakes with Kikyo. He actaully had only one promise. To put her to rest. That would clear his heart. He closed his eyes quickly he saw his love wake with a start.
Kagome looked around as if she was lost. Looking at Inuyasha she sighed then gulped. Good he wasnt awake.
she looked at the dimming fire. A couple of minutes passed as she looked at the crackiling fire. A song came to mind. "Give me a word, Give me a sign...Inuyasha... "You do shine Kagome." He looked at her and smiled.
