I've decided to use KuramaxYusuke. Sounds like a good couple to me! Especially after just watching the dvd FAIRPLAY...

Disclaimer: If I owned YYH I'd be out celebrating, but as you can see, I am all alone in a dark room writing fanfiction.

Kurama couldn't concentrate. The entire gang was playing cards, they'd even gotten Hiei to play. Becauce it was Hiei's first time, they were playing 'Go Fish' But Kurama found himself constantly staring at Yusuke. As if he was studding his face.

"Kurama got any Queens?" asked Yusuke.

No reply. Kurama was in his own world.

"Kurama?" he asked again.

Kurama didn't even blink.

"Kuuuraaamaaa..........." Yusuke said waving his hand in front of Kurama's face, "Fine then."

And with that Yusuke looked at Kurama's cards.

'Let's seeee.... Jack, 5, 8, 2, Ace, Jack again, aha! Queen of Hearts!' Yusuke thought.

"Yusuke." Botan said with a complaining voice.

"He should have come back to Earth and played Go Fish." Yusuke said with confidence.

Yusuke stared at Kurama.

Kurama didn't Blink.

Yusuke stood up and walked behind Kurama.

"Paging Kurama. Kurama, come in Kurama. Are you there?" said Yusuke.

No response.

"KURAMA WAKE UP!!!" Yusuke yelled into Kurama's ear.

"What?" Kurama finally responded.

"Welcome Back. By now your eyes must sting, geez you were starting to scare me." Yusuke said in concern putting his hand on Kurama's forehead.

Kurama Blinked.

"Ow!" Kurama said in pain.

"Told you-- Yea I think you're sick." Yusuke said blowing on his hand and waving it rapidly.

"Am I?" Kurama asked.

And he was. They continued the game without Yusuke and Kurama. Strangely, Yukina seemed worried as well. She didn't want to be rude and leave the game that Botan worked so hard preparing, but she didn't want to leave Kurama and Yusuke alone. She ended up staying and playing while her conscience bothered her.

"You lie there and don't move while I figure out what's wrong with you." Yusuke said leaving the room to find a book on illnesses.

'why is he being so kind to me? It's not like I'm dieing. I probably have a cold or sore throat. Wait, he acted the same way when we were fighting team Masho in the Dark Tournament. And when I stole the Forlorn Hope. Why am I thinking of Yusuke so much? I couldn't Take my eyes off him during the game. And all I had been thinking about was Yusuke. What am I thinking He's with Kayko. Wait Why do I care if he's with Kayko??'

"I found it Kurama! Since you're not sneezing constantly, or have a runny nose, You can only have.....a Sore Throat! ......now how do I treat a sore throat........................?" Yusuke said flipping through the pages of the book, "oh it has a list! Let's see:

1. Use a vaporizer or humidifier in your bedroom....I don't know what that is...

2. Gargle with warm salt water (1/4 tsp. salt in 8-oz. glass of water) several times a day. I don't have any saltwater....

3. Increase your fluid intake. Ok... but what do you drink...

4. Drink tea or even plain hot water with honey. That explains it....sounds nasty though....

5. Mix honey and lemon juice together and drink. Hmm....

6. Use zinc lozenges for healing and pain relief. Zinc...?

7. Take a high-potency multivitamin and the herb Echinacea to build up your immune system. What?

8. Reduce exposure to dust, cigarette smoke and other chemical irritants. I can do that.

9. and Avoid very spicy or hot foods. "

Yusuke started making the Tea.
