Shawn stared in shock at the couple.
"Why didn't you tell me sooner?" Shawn asked obviously hurt.
"Shawn, I didn't want to worry anyone. I used to tell people, but every time I did, they would freak out. I was tired of people making a fuss over me. For once, I wanted to be normal," Topanga replied.
"My entire life I haven't been able to trust anyone. I thought you two were different: you were supposed to my friends. I guess I was wrong," Shawn said as he grabbed his jacket and started to walk out the door.
"Shawn, wait," Cory said as he watched Shawn leave. "I'll go talk to him Topanga."
As Cory left, Angela peeked around the corner. Seeing that Topanga was alone and upset, she proceeded to go down the stairs.
"I had a feeling he wouldn't take it well," Angela said as she hugged Topanga.
"How could I be so stupid? I should have told everyone. It was selfish of me to keep such a big secret from everyone."
"Don't worry about it, Topanga. You have bigger fish to fry: what are you gonna tell your parents?"
