By: CatWomen88
Summary: A visitor from the future goes to the past with a warning. When Chris sees her it ignites old feeling of love and pain. Who is this mystery woman, and what is her connection to the sister's and Chris?
Chapter 6: He can't be dead
Chris stood up and began to pace around, "Who has he hurt?"
"That's not important, what is imp..." Jackie was cut off abruptly
"Who has he hurt!" Chris yelled as he yanked Jackie up by the arms and pushed her against the wall.
Piper got up and yelled, "Chris let her go!"
Jackie replied, not taking her eyes off Chris, "It's ok Piper, he's not hurting me. Why do you want to know Chris? What's done is done, but you can change it by helping Wyatt."
"I have to know, now tell me." Chris said as he let her go.
Jackie got a little choked up; she had never planned on telling him everyone Wyatt had killed because they stuck up for Chris.
Jackie cleared her throat, and began to get a little teary eyed as she remembered the events she was about to recount, "First there... there was Bobby, then Ashley and Jody, as well as Donna, Michael, Brian, and... and..."
Jackie couldn't continue, she broke down crying, while she recalled the last death that she knew of, the one that made her decide to come help Chris, the death that made her heart brake and body cringe. The one she couldn't prevent, but wanted so badly to. She had let Chris down, by letting him die. The one person Chris needed most was now dead.
Chris hugged Jackie to his chest, "Tell me, please I need to know, who died because of me."
"I can't Chris... I am so sorry. I tried to save him, but I couldn't." Jackie cried.
Chris tilted her head to face his. He had to know, who died because he wasn't there to talk Wyatt out of it. He was so good at that. Wyatt would enslave people instead of killing them because Chris begged him too. These people, his friends had died because he wasn't there.
"Who else died?" Chris asked afraid of the answer.
Jackie looked him in the eye, "Vi... Victor."
The name hit Chris like a hurricane. He couldn't believe it he can't be dead. He refused to believe it, but as he looked into Jackie's eyes he knew she was telling the truth. Chris had to be alone with her to know the truth, so he orbed out and took her with him.
"Wait! Chris!" Piper yelled.
Phoebe grabbed Piper's arm, "Let him go, trust me, he needs this time alone."
Chris orbed to P3, "How? I need to know how?"
Jackie didn't want to let him see, but his look said he needed this for himself and she would do anything for Chris. She placed her forehead against Chris' and let him see what he wanted to see.
Flashback
Victor walked through the attic door. He looked right at Wyatt. Wyatt motioned for Victor to come forward. Jackie stepped in between Wyatt and Victor and looked straight at Wyatt. Wyatt knew by the look on her face what she was thinking. Victor put his hand on Jackie's shoulder and turned her around to face him. She could tell this is something he needed to do. He needed to confront his grandson. Jackie moved out of the way and let Victor pass.
"Hey grandpa. Its good to see you, its been a while." Wyatt said as he hugged his grandpa.
It was a very awkward moment for both of them. They hadn't spoken for a while, especially since Wyatt turned evil. As Victor hugged Wyatt his expression gave him away. If anyone had been paying attention like Jackie was, you would have noticed a look of hope on his face, as in I hope Chris does his job.
"Where is Chris Grandpa? I haven't seen him in a few days and I'm worried." Wyatt said unconvincingly.
Victor hesitated a little, "I don't know, I haven't seen him either."
Wyatt didn't look too pleased. That wasn't the answer he had hoped for. His grandpa always told him the truth. Wyatt slapped Victor across the face.
Jackie stepped forward only to be grabbed by Wyatt's followers, "Wyatt he is your grandfather!"
Victor motioned to Jackie that he was ok. Wyatt told his followers to let her go. He could tell Wyatt was taking out his frustration on him. Wyatt always wanted to have the relationship that Victor and Chris had, but Wyatt never opened up like Chris did. No one knew the real reason except for Jackie; as to why Wyatt didn't really open up to Chris or his grandpa. Wyatt was evil but he still cared for his brother and grandpa, or at least part of him did. Jackie knew the real reason was because Chris and Victor reminded him too much of his mom.
"Where is he? I won't ask you again old man!" Wyatt yelled.
Victor stayed silent and Wyatt punched him in the stomach.
Jackie ran up to Wyatt and pulled him around to face her, "You can't do this he is your grandfather, Wyatt. What do you think your doing?"
Wyatt pulled her off of him, and sent her flying into the wall. She got up and watched. She froze in place, and couldn't move, not because of magic, but because she couldn't believe what Wyatt was doing, she was seeing a side of him, the side she never dreamed she would ever see. Jackie could see it in his eyes, all the hatred he held in because of Chris. He loved his brother and would never hurt him, but he couldn't take it anymore and he let it all lose. He kept beating Victor over and over, but to Wyatt it wasn't Victor he was beating, it was Chris. That's all he saw was the one person responsible for all his pain and love. Wyatt formed an energy ball and took a few steps back. He turned toward Jackie and in her eyes; then he turned toward Victor and threw the energy ball at him. Wyatt turned around to look at her again, she moved passed him and ran to Victor. She tried to heal him but it didn't work. She couldn't understand why it wasn't working. Victor grabbed her hand and motioned for her to come forward. He whispered something in her ear and then watched as he died in her arms.
End flashback
That's when she broke the connection between her and Chris. She couldn't let him see the next part with Wyatt; it would make him even madder. She collapsed into Chris's arms. He picked her up and took her to the couch in P3. He laid her down and lay next to her. He knew this is why she had been told not to tell him because he would want to return. Who ever told her was right he wanted to return. He wanted to make Wyatt pay for all the pain he had caused. He thought he couldn't hate Wyatt any more then when he turned evil, but he was wrong. He wrapped Jackie's arms around him, he needed he now more then ever and she was there as he began to cry. He can't be dead is all Chris could whisper to himself as he feel asleep on Jackie's chest.
TO BE CONTINUED....
What will happen next... What will happen once Jackie awakes, will she tell him what happened next, what Chris didn't see?
If you have any ideas what type of secrets Jackie might be keeping from Chris or maybe what you would like to see happen between them next, please let me know, I welcome the ideas.
