Title - A Second Chance on True Love
Couple - Kyle/Liz - Loyalist

Summary - Everything upto "The Toy house" still happened, although Liz wasn't all crazy about Max, she still cared alot for Kyle. After he hurts his ankle they rekindle something the had the summer before.

Kyle sighed as he heard the door shut. He really missed Liz. He knew he screwed up bad about the whole Max thing, but what else was he supposed to do? This other guy was making moves on his girl, the girl he had been secretly in love with the past two years and finally got a chance with that past summer. But no, Max had to take it all away. God did Kyle hate Max for ruining things. Frustrated Kyle threw the remote on the coffee table and cussed under his breath. He dedicided he would never get Liz off his mind if he didn't do something. So he picked up the study note she had brought for him and began to look through them. After about an hour Kyle found a folded piece of paper with his name on it, so he picked it up and opened it.
Kyle,
I'm so sorry for everything. I've realized in these past weeks just how much I really miss you. You mean so much to me, and I was just to stubborn to say that before. I hope you can find it in your heart to forgive me.
Liz
p.s. Sorry about your ankle too. :(
Kyle smiled, that was just like Liz. He read the note over and over again, he was still in some type of shock of reading that she does care about him and she misses him. He smiled.
Putting the notebook down Kyle leaned forward and grabbed the remote off the table and turned it to some Sally Jesse.

Two days later Kyle went to the Crashdown to apologize to Liz. They talked for awhile, cracking jokes and laughing together. It had felt just like old times. Liz joined Kyle on his side to help him pick something very unheathly to eat per his request. While Liz read the meals off the menu Kyle just kept looking at Liz, Ishe is just so beautiful/i he kept saying to him self. Liz turned her head and noticed Kyle looking at her, he blushed.
"What?" She laughed.
"Oh, uh nothing." Kyle blushed even more, he was turning a bright shade of red.
"Oh please, it must be something or you wouldn't be turning the color of a fresh picked tomato."
"Its...well its just that I got your note.' Liz blushed when he mentioned that 'I want you to know I miss you alot too, and you mean the world to me." Liz smiled and held the gaze between her and Kyle.
Both knew what was going to happen, so instead of thinking if it was right or not, Liz leaned forward touching her lips to Kyles. It was like nothing they had before, it was so much better. Liz brought her hands up to Kyle's face then to his neck pulling him more into her, Kyle did the same to her. After a few mintues both pulled back beaming with smiles. They knew it was right. Liz got up to get back to work, but turned around.
"Kyle?"
"Yea?"
"Do you want to do something tonight?" Liz smiles.
"Yea. I really do." Kyle smiles back to her, then watched her go back to getting the other customers orders. He smiled to himself.
Never were so happy they didn't even realize that outside Max had just seen everything, and man was he flaming with jealously.
