The day was cold and Inuyasha sat under the God tree he was waiting for Kagome to come out of the well, when he suddenly smelled something. It was Kikyo. Getting up, he ran into the woods. "Kikyo! Kikyo!" He called out to her.
Kagome was standing right there, hearing every word he had said. Only if she could be like that...With Inuyasha loving her. Loving her like that
Kagome sighed as she ran far away to the God tree in the middle of inuyasha's Forest. Sitting down she took out her diary and began to write...write a song.
Then he lies awake and he wonders, why can't that be me

But just before he says goodnight, he looks up with a little smile at me and he says

Kagome put down her pen and sighed. She felt much better. Standing she walked back into the camp site. Seeing Sango she smiled at her. "Sango...Im over Inuyasha." Sango looked at Kagome like she was crazy.
"What brought this on?" She asked.
"Just a song" Kagome laughed.
"Here comes the demon we speak of." Sango pointed to Inuyasha.
"Where have you been wench?" Inuyasha asked.
He didnt quite wait for a reply he just kept walking. Kagome could swear that he smelled of death. "kikyo..." Kagome whispered with a smile.
"If I could be like that, I would give anything. Just to live one day in those shoes. If I could be like that, what would I do, what would I do? If I could only be like that." She smiled thinking of Sesshoumaru.
Holding her diary tighter she fell to her butt. Smiling she layed back and closed her eyes.
From above it looked as if the girl was an angel. Her black hair was spread across the ground and she held a smiled on her face. She looked dreamy, to say. Her eyes were closed and her cheeks were red. Her legs were together, but yet spread at the knees. Her diary was clutched in both hands to her chest, and thoughts of Sesshoumaru holding her were in her mind.

Sango looked to Kagome. She looked in love. "If I could be like that." She whispered, looking to Miroku.
