Hey, Guys! How are you all? I had this idea for a new InuKag fic, so here it is! So here goes.
She stared.(A/N: there's a hook.)
She stared. Really stared.
Just yesterday Inuyasha was telling her how she just made him lose control of himself.
And there he was.
Doing THAT. With HER, no less.
She just couldn't understand.
He was in plain sight near the well, kissing Kikyo.
A tear slowly dripped down her cheek.
Then, she noticed something odd. The ground was sinking; rubble was flying up around Inuyasha and Kikyo. Like the one time before. Inuyasha also appeared to be in a trance.
But then, she got really mad.
Inuyasha and Kikyo parted, the ground returned, and Inuyasha left Kikyo with three simple words Kagome longed to hear directed to herself by him.
"I love you."
Then he watched Kikyo leave, and turned only to spot Kagome watching him in shock and sorrow.
He started to speak, when—
"SIT SIT SIT SIT SIT SIT SIT SIT SIT SIT SIT SIT SIT SIT SIT SIT SIT SIT SIT SIT SIT SIT SIT SIT!!!!!"
Inuyasha found himself in a large body-shaped crater, in great pain after about 24 sits from a very furious Kagome.
She then sat down crying as Inuyasha sat up with great difficulty to sooth her.
"Kagome, I—"
"Shut up! I know what I saw, Inuyasha!" she shrieked loudly.
"Kagome, it's not what you think!"
"Of course it is!"
And so on and so forth like that until they burned out and were sitting across from each other in a clearing.
"Wench."
"Ass." They were silent. Then...
It began to rain.
Kagome began to sing softly, a slow and beautiful love song.
I wish I could hear the rain fall.
I wish I could hear the thunder roar.
I wish I could see the lightning flash in the sky,
But I can't.
No, I can't.
I can only seem to hear
The beating of my heart
As I'm standing here with you I'm overcome
With love
For you...
She gradually became louder, until Inuyasha could hear her clearly as she walked towards him slowly.
She got closer, and Inuyasha got really nervous, especially when...
Kagome got on her tiptoes and...
She kissed him deeply.
And he kissed her back.
He thought "To hell with Kikyo."
"I love you Kagome."
Kagome beamed.
