Idiocy

Warnings: Jill's thinking about her partner and his not-quite-existing relation ship with D. Contains the bashing of men's intelligence and hints of LeonD

My partner is an idiot. I'm not even going to bother putting it eloquently. He's a lovable idiot, but an idiot none the less.

Of course, he further is evidence that I'm correct when I say women are the superior sex. Ladies and gentleman, if you'd direct your eyes to Exhibit B, a.k.a Leon Orcot, I believe you'll see my proof that all men are idiots. No woman would act as he has, a sign that we are most assuredly smarter.

If a woman falls in love she does everything she can to win the person. Sultry looks, flirty laughs, low-cut dresses, whatever it takes. If a man falls in love he doesn't do anything right. A man says the wrong things, forgets everything he ever knew about seduction, and denies any attraction.

And that's why my partner's an idiot.

He's in love and does nothing about it. And don't even try to confront a man about being in love. Just to goad him I eventually said that if he didn't want the Count I did. That earned me dark glares for the next week.

So maybe someday I'll intervene and use my womanly wiles to shove him in the right direction. But for now I'll stick to just teasing him and see what happens. But I doubt anything other than locking the two in a room together and leaving them alone for a few days will result in much.

After all, men are idiots.
