AN: I hope I don't get flamed for my pairing. I know Yuna is all into Tidus, but I though she would be good with someone else! Y/G!!!

Yuna stared out at the endless expanse. All she could see for miles was sand. The sun was setting on the horizon. She turned around and started walking down a sand dune, hoping that she was going in the right direction. She kicked up sand with her boots, accidentally getting it in her face.

"Yuck!" She screeched, spitting. "Why did I let Rikku bring me out here? You'd think she lost me on purpose." Yuna shook her head and started walking again, carefully to avoid kicking up sand again. "It's getting cold," She mumbled, rubbing her arms to generate warmth. She suddenly started rummaging through her pack at her waist and pulled out what she was looking for. In her hands were her Mascot and Trainer dresspheres.

"I'm not walking around in the desert, lost, in a moogle outfit!" She tossed the Mascot back in the pack, and threw the Trainer sphere above her head, transforming into her Trainer outfit. "Warm…" She mumbled, looking down at her dress. She put the sphere in her pack again and started walking.

The dress wasn't the most mobile thing, but it was warm. Who would've guessed the Bikanel desert got this cold at night? Yuna continued tromping through the sand, hoping she didn't run into any fiends. As if on cue, a fiend popped out of nowhere. "You've got to be kidding me, a- What kind of fiend is it?" Yuna couldn't recognize it.

.

Yuna immediately called her dog, Kogoro, to help her. Although the fiend looked tough, it was done for in one attack. Yuna dismissed her dog and sat down on a nearby rock as the wind kicked up sand. "No! No sand!" She wrapped her arms around her head and hobbled around blindly.

After what seemed like hours of blindness, Yuna finally felt the sand stop. She uncovered her head and looked around and almost screamed in joy at what she saw. Someone was sitting on a mere hundred feet away, lying on the ground. Yuna started running in the direction of the person, tripping over her dress. Before she knew it, she was rolling down the dune, sand covering her from head to toe. Without realizing it, she rolled over the person she was trying to get to. She winced as a sharp pain shot through her arm. She tucked her elbows in, waiting to see wait happened.

Before anything could happen, she felt herself being lifted up. She was to the point of getting sick she was so dizzy, but instead lost consciousness.

-----------------

Yuna started to sit up but found her arm was limp. Her whole body got tense, and only relaxed after she laid back down. It took her a moment to realize she wasn't laying on sad. A comfortable bed was lying beneath her.

Rolling over, she opened her eyes to see where she was. She went into shock when she saw who was lying next to her.

            "G-gippal?"
