Hi all this is my first fic so please review.
Ron: This isn't the first fic you ever wrote. –Looks confused-
Hermione: But this is the first fic she has ever posted. –Looks annoyed-
Harry: You both are right. By the way when will you finish the fic that you have planed out that shows what different people are thinking when they are being...
Me: -silences Harry-
Now on with the story.

........................................'Hermione, your cat is behaving very uncat like.' Ron said as he looked up from his homework, and over at Hermione's bandy legged, ginger cat, Crookshanks.
'What is he doing now?' Hermione asked without looking up from her ruin translations. 'I have to finish this by tomorrow and can't play referee for Crookshanks and your little squabbles, again.' she finished impatiently. Although Ron had said that Crookshanks and he were on good terms Hermione still didn't completely trust them together.
'Its not a squabble.' Ron answered defensively, 'I was just pointing out that normal cats don't go around attacking flies.' Harry who was reading up on Chimaeras for Care of Magical Creatures, (A/N Hagrid is still teaching it) looked up for a minute, saw that Hermione and Ron would still be on speaking terms after this, and went back to his book.
'Ron, can you get any more clueless?' (A/N I don't think so, but we will find out, won't we?) Hermione asked finally setting down her quill and looking at Ron with a look of utmost disgust. 'Crookshanks isn't a cat.'
'What?' Ron asked confused. 'How do you know that?'
At this Harry said, 'Ron, she's Hermione, don't question her methods.' And went back to his book.
'Listen to this, Ron.' Hermione said to Ron, and with that she snatched, Fantastic Beasts And Were To Find Them out of Harry's hands, and started to read, '"A small cat like creature with flecked, speckled, or spotted fur, outsize ears, and a tail like a lion's, the Kneazle is intelligent, independent, and occasionally aggressive, thought if it takes a liking to a witch or wizard, it makes an excellent pet. The Kneazle has an uncanny ability to detect unsavory or suspicious characters. You see Ron, Crookshanks is part Kneazle, which is why he was always chasing after Scabbers when you owned Scabbers, Crookshanks could tell that Scabbers was up to no good. That is also why Crookshanks seems more intelligent than other cats, because he is.'
'Oh', was all Ron could manage.
'Can I have my book back Hermione?' Harry said starting to get annoyed, 'Its lovely and amazing that you could get at least something through that thick head of Ron's, but I really need to finish reading something for Hagrid.'
