Tatiana was sitting in the center of the Astor Place Starbucks listening to Megan's gossip. "And Heather's coming back to school today. Oh and Rob has mono." Megan chirped. Tatiana smiled and then broke into giggles. "Rob has mono, how did Rob get mono? Who on earth would be kissing Rob?" Tatiana managed between giggles. Megan waved a manicured hand. "That's not important. Heather's got loads of new clothes and books and makeup and stuff. She's gonna look amazing." Tatiana quickly shut her mouth. None of these girls had everdone that to her. She hid her anger and smirked, "How's she gonna know? She'll probably strut through the halls looking like Clown Barbie. And then bump into some hottie's locker and when he laughs she'll just walk on. Tatiana got up and strode magnificently around the Starbucks with her eyes closed. "Excuse me" she gigled and opened her eyes as she bumped into someone. Heather stood before her, dressed in an adorable pair of DKNY jeans and a matching light pink halter top. Her open toed sandals were the exact same shade of pink and her jean purse had tiny rhinestones that sparkled in Tatian's eyes. Heather lifted her pink sunglasses off the bridge of her nose and pushed them back into her shimmering brown hair. "Hi, I don't think we've met. I'm Heather." She smiled sweetly and extended her hand. "Tatiana. I helped throw your benefit. It's great to meet you." Tatiana gave Heather one of her most dazzling smiles and took Heather's outstreched hand. "Heather, come over here we've missed you sooooo much" Megan cooed, "I see you've met Tatiana." Heather turned in Megan's direction and said, "Sorry, but I've got to get going. I'm just gonna get my coffee and go meet Ed." Megan's jaw dropped as she watched Heather grab her mocha latte and walk through the front door. Melaine was the first to break the silence. "Umm, so now that Heather's back in full force what are we gonna do?" The confused blonde looked from Megan to Tatiana and back again. Tatiana didn't need these girls but she had to admit that being popular was fun. "We'll talk later Mel" Megan said quietly. Then she turned to Tatiana and said, "What are you still doing over there?"
