It was just another day at the Ravenswood Preserve with Adriane sitting at the computer typing up her animal report. Kara and Emily had been out giving more tours around the preserve and seeing to find Ozzy and Lyra on the way. As Adriane finished she rushed out to meet the tour and possibly get Emily and Kara to go to Avalon and see if anything new was happening. "As you can see the Ravenswood Wildlife Preserve have saved these animals and are hoping to prevent extinction, thank you for coming on our tour" Kara said as Emily smiled and waved good-bye to the visitors. Adriane came up to the tour building, now that it was 1:30 pm, expecting Emily and Kara to be there. "Hey!" yelled out Adriane over the crowd of people "Adriane hi" Kara said turning to see her friend Emily looked over as well.
As the three best friends walked down to the Magic Glade they met Ozzy who was lying on Lyra's back and Stormbringer who had been dozing in the shade.
There at the portal to Avalon Kara began calling upon her magic and started to open a portal big enough for them to step through. As soon as they had all gone through they looked around and started off towards a waterfall where small pools of water lie. "Ah how refreshing" Adriane whispered as the three immersed there feet into the cool water, Kara nodded in agreement and Emily swished her feet around a bit. "Well nothings seems wrong for the moment" Emily said smiling at the seemingly peaceful lands "for the moment" Kara said laughing "for once we get a break and just get to enjoy Avalon's B-E-A-Utiful summer days". Suddenly a large crash sounded from a nearby wood "great now look! You jinxed us Kara!" Adriane said with a hint of sarcasm "oopsy" Kara spoke looking out at the forest. "Lets go see what happening shall we?" Emily asked "okay" the others agreed.
As the group came to the crash landing site they spotted a shining stone unlike any they'd seen. Kara looked at Adriane and Adriane at Emily "is that what made the noise?" Ozzy blabbed out gazing in aw "it couldn't have it's so tiny" Kara observed "Well it does look like it has a magic glow to it so I wouldn't be surprised if it did" Emily pointed out the shining glow.
