Unwilling

Even though I was brought here against my will, I still try my hardest. Elrond says that if I don't eat I will get very ill and possibly starve to death. He says that I am already dehydrated and need his help to get better, but every time he takes me to the Houses of Healing I panic and become combative and as soon as I am able I run. Last time Elrond kept pulling me until Glorfindel appeared and scooped me up and brought me into the wing screaming. Glorfindel set me down on to the examining table; I kicked out at them both, trying to get them away from me. Unfortunately, for Glorfindel was too good of a warrior for me to take on myself. He grabbed my foot and held me down. Elrond covered my face and nose with a cloth. I could smell the ether on it. I panicked even more but was soon over come. That was the last that I saw, until I woke up with IV's coming out of my skin. I looked like a pin cushion the elleth use when sewing. Seeing this, my stomach twisted into a knot and did a somersault making me lose it. What ever had been in my stomach came backup all over the floor and white bed sheets. Moaning in pain because my intravenous lines were being pulled by the violent movements I made. The door on the opposite side of the room cracked open and a maiden crept in afraid to wake me, I assume. She changed the water in the chafe and put fresh towels and linen in the room on top of the vanity. Elrond knocked on the door and both he and Lord Glorfindel slipped in. Their house shoes not making any noise that I could hear. They padded over to the bed I was on and gently laid a hand atop my shoulder, calling out my name softly. I stirred faking being awoken and cracked my eyes open; the light hurt my eyes causing me to squint. Glorfindel lifted me up while Elrond and the Maiden changed the bed linen. He was so warm and comfortable that I absentmindedly cuddled up to him trying to warm my dehydrated body and chase away the chill that Mandos had been trying to put upon me. I was lowered back into the bed, now clean and dry. I didn't realize how tired I was. I fell asleep again with a small smile on my lips. Lord Elrond and Glorfindel tucked the clean blankets up around my neck and left quietly seeking the quiet comfort of their bed and each others arms.
