Blaze Fire
A Blaziken Poem

I gave the nickname 'Blaze Fire' to my Blaziken on my Pokemon Ruby game.
I feel it,The soft brushing of my trainers fingertips on my Pokeball,
Ready for battle,
I am ready to be called upon!
"Go, Blaze Fire!"
I hear my name being called,
I burst out of my Pokeball,
Ready to fight till the exhaustion point.
Flames sprout from my wrist,
I feel the excitement rise inside of me,
I cannot wait to launch my first attack,
But I will wait until my trainer says so.
I look at my opponents Pokemon,
A water type,
But I will win,
I am not afraid of what will happen.
I know the risks,
I know that I am the weakness,
I also know that my attacks do not have an effect,
But I will win for my trainer's sake.
"Blaze Fire, Blazing Kick!"
Fire surrounds my foot,
It feels good to battle with my power,
I run toward the enemy...
"Water Gun!"
I knew that was coming,
I dodge and kick with my Flaming foot,
My foe evades as well...
This will be a challenging battle,
My opponent shoots the water again,
I jump high in the air,
Waiting for the next instructions.
"Sky Uppercut!"
I give a wicked smile,
This move never fails,
My foe is done for...
I see the Pokemon trying to flee,
To run away from being swept up,
In my Fiery body,
That is now all aflame.
I scorch the Pokemon's body,
Sending it flying across the battle field,
This battle was over before it started,
And I am the victor!
"Blaze Fire, Return!"
