A/N It's another Zelda ficcy be me. What did you expect, another Redwall?

Okay, that too.

What got me thinking about this fic was when I was writing Disguise. I have this thing about one-shots with Zelda. There was Kokiri Child then Disguise and now Looking Down. Seriously.

I think Faore is the goddess of courage. If not, then please tell me in the reviews. Isn't Nayru of wisdom and Din of strength? I thought so... Hmph, just tell me please.

Please review!

(Begin Looking Down)

I, Faore, goddess of courage, observed the mortals below me. Since creating Hyrule, Din, Nayru and I have been inspecting them. Some are cruel and dishonest. Others... others are worthy of becoming gods or goddesses themselves.

But instead they become heroes or heroines. Such one is the boy I've been viewing for a while, since he left his Kokiri village to go seek his destiny.

His destiny.

To save Hyrule and rescue the Triforce from the evil grip of the Gerudo Gannondorf. Of course, he couldn't do it alone. The Triforce is not easily won.

However, the current princess of Hyrule, Zelda, knows much about the Triforce- nearly as much as the Gerudo. She helps him, as Shiek of course. It is a strange world Din, Nayru and I have created. Princesses of their own country must masquerade as someone else. But this world can be taken back by it's rightful rulers. Here comes in the Hero of Time, the little boy that left the Kokiri village seven years ago and perhaps, he just might become a legend.

A legend of Zelda, as you might think of it, really. Zelda being the princess, and this quest as a legend.

The boy has been helped immensely by a little instrument that, with certain tunes, can control the weather, shift night to day, open locks and call his horse. The Ocarina of Time, a musical instrument created by the goddesses, bestowed upon the one that most needed it. (I really don't know where the ocarina came from, I haven't gotten that far in the game yet... I just think that.)

It proves even the smallest things can change much. Like the Triforce. It's power is great, though, containing the power of goddesses.

The boy stops walking in the field below me, and pulls out his ocarina, and started playing.

It was a playful, reminiscence-ish tune, of times when he was carefree, and where he wanted to be, the Lost Woods, his original home.

An emerald light churned around him, and he was swiftly to the forest temple in the mere space of seconds. Of course, I tracked him, wanting to see what he wanted to do next.

He started walking into the temple, when two wolves burst out of nowhere and leapt at him.

Link unsheathed his sword quickly from his back and swept down, slashing one, but it didn't work. He rapidly hurled a Deku nut at one- it flashed and the wolf stood frozen, paralyzed.

I silently cheered. This boy, with his wit and skills, could truly be the one to salvage Hyrule from the wreckage it has become.

The other Wolfos (I think) bounded towards the teenage boy, and he pitched another Deku nut, and cut down the paralyzed wolf.

I shifted to where the princess was and watched her. She stood, waiting for the boy to ask what to do next. Of course, he never knew it was her. He knew her as Sheik.

Her ruby eyes seemed worried. I would see her in a dream, like before, and tell her everything would turn out fine. That is, if the Hero of Time pulled through.

I continued looking down upon the land of Hyrule, to see what would happen.

(End Looking Down)

A/N Sorry about it being short. This was a real spur of the moment thing. But I hope you liked it.
