A Whole new world
The world we know will come to an end
The lies and disseat that we attend.
Fun and games that make you smile
Will end up being worth your while.
The story that I'm going to start
Is all coming from my heart
Once finished I will be torn apart.
It all starts on an ordinary day
Where all children laugh and play.
Look no further for a tiny spark
That will light your way in the dark.
Things will never be the same
From what we feel in our pain
Up until the darkness came.
From the darkness that did sleep
Came a time with in the deep.
Ripping from a mindless bound
I shall be falling to the ground.
People who will never be
Would have to wake up to see
That once again I will be free.
I touch my body, cold as stone
I wonder if I was alone.
Riding the world of all joy
Is something that I could destroy.
From where I stand way up high
Staring at the moonlit sky
And way down low soon they'll die.
Once a dream in a bubble
Can cause a lot of trouble.
What he found to his surprise
That new evil was sure to arise.
Next to me was my sis
No sooner that I would miss
Thus I lay a gentle kiss.
Causing all chaos and all Doom
The liveliness will turn to gloom.
Of what my heart can desire
All around was an ocean of fire.
What was once a lonely dream
Is now heard by a scream
My tears run like a stream.
I now rule throughout the night
For all I done I stand and fight.
All the shots I did call
I stand back and slowly fall
Suffering is all I bring
Heavens angels began to sing
While I lay down with a broken wing.
I slowly began to bleed
Now a friend I did need.
Only one really did care
Though my enemy he was there.
He looked at me all so kind
I wondered what was in his mid
A change of heart I did find.
All the suffering did end
For now I had a caring friend.
Seeing a smile light up his face
He took me to a resting place.
For all I had done and said
He rested me in a softened bed
I closed my eyes and joined the dead.
Of all the dead I see my ghost
Along with a godly host.
I make my way through the crowds
My good side is through the clouds.
With evilness in this deep
Here I shall never sleep
From all secrets they will keep.

If you are unsure of what the poem is about then i'll tell you.
In the first stanza it tells you how Shadow explains what's happened through out his life. then from the second stanza right to the end, tells the story of how the world was like before he was unleashed then what life was like when he was brought into the world and the last couple of stanza's says something about Shadow resting in peice with the lord of the underworld.
