Okay, well normally I don't update this quickly, but I've got say......such great reviews! I was just able to access them, as ff.net hasn't been sending them out, but I just read them and some huge names read this and I'm thrilled. So THANK YOU for all of the reviews, and even tho they're not being sent out, PLEASE KEEP SENDING THEM! Thanks, and ENJOY!

PS: As for the ending of "This Everyday Love", Monica was going to be recognized one day in a store by an American, and the police were going to be called. There were lots of little twists in the middle, and one of them was that Monica found out she was having quadruplets. When she is finally reunited with Chandler at the end, of course, he's pretty surprised to find out he's having four kids! But the kidnapper, for those of you who didn't guess, was Richard, bitter over the break-up, still. I'm so sorry I didn't continue......but I just couldn't. As you can see, I had the end all planned out, but no way to get there. However, if someone wants to take over the fic and rewrite it, feel free to! Hope this pleased you.

Disclaimer: Only the baby is mine. That's it.

Chapter Two

"How was she today?" Chandler asked his mother as he spooned strained peas and carrots into his daughter's mouth.

"How is she every day?" Chandler mother chuckled. "She was perfect, honey."

Chandler smiled. He loved having the baby that everyone adored, that everyone thought was perfect. He liked to think it was because of him, but, of course, he knew most of his daughter's behavior came from her grandmother, his mother, who spent the days with her.

"How was school today?" Nora asked, as she stirred a pot of spaghetti.

"It was okay," Chandler said. "I met a guy who's in my science class. We sort of bonded over our idiot teacher. I got in a bit of trouble with him since little missy her made me late for class," he joked, ruffling his daughter's blond curls.

She grinned, and pointed to the spoon. "More, Daddy, more!" she demanded, and Chandler laughed and obliged.

"That's good that you're meeting friends. You need to meet more friends, honey."

"Ma," Chandler sighed. "Get off it. I'm just fine. I've got all the friends I need right here."

"A one and a half year old does not count as a friend, Chandler. You need friends your own age and you know it. Why, you haven't dated since-"

Chandler cut her off, "I know, Mom. I just, I don't have the time to date, okay."
"Honey," Nora sighed. "You know I would drop everything to babysit that little girl. Lord knows I have nothing else better to do."

"Mom, I know you'd watch her. But between work and school, I barely get to see her. I don't want to miss my baby growing up."

Nora smiled softly. "Who would've thought that my girl-crazy son would be willing to give that all up for a little girl."

Chandler smiled. "Well," he said. "She is one heck of a beautiful little girl. And a little girl that I love a heck of a lot."

"Chandler!" Ross called out, spotting his friend in the library. "Guess what?"

Chandler shrugged his shoulders. "Wilson got fired?" he asked hopefully.

Ross laughed. "Unfortunately not. But you know that blond girl, Tracey Walters? The one I've had a crush on for forever."

Chandler smiled, as he had heard Ross rant endlessly about Tracey. "Yup," he nodded.

"Well, I asked her out, and she said yes!" Ross said, nearly screaming with excitement.

"Are you serious?" Chandler asked. "That's great!"

"Well, yeah," Ross said, and Chandler could feel a 'but' coming. "But," Ross said, and Chandler chucked, "she wants me to bring a friend for her roommate on the date. Apparently she's a transfer student and hasn't met very many people. But Tracey said she's really pretty. So I was wondering if, well, if maybe you'd want to come."

"I don't know," Chandler said unsurely. "When is it?"

"This Saturday night," Ross said. "Please say you'll come. I really want to go out with her, and I don't know anyone else I can ask."

"I just don't think I'm free," Chandler said uneasily, knowing full well that this Saturday was his mother's night out with her sister, and Chandler planned to spend the night watching his daughter.

"Why not?" Ross pressed, and Chandler knew that sooner or later he had to relent.

"Ross," Chandler sat finally, giving in. "Sit down. There's something you have to know about me."
"Oookay," Ross said unsurely. "What's up?"

"All right," Chandler said, taking a deep breath. "Ross, I have a kid."

"Excuse me?" Ross said, his eyes blinking wildly as he tried to comprehend Chandler's words.

"I have a daughter," Chandler tried again. "A little one and a half year old named Audrey. She's the most adorable little kid I've ever met, and I love her to death."

"But......how? When? Where's her mother?" Ross said, spitting out questions.

Chandler smiled. "Okay, well, as for how.....well, I'm pretty sure you know how, being a scientist and all. The other questions are a pretty long story."

"I've got time," Ross said, desperate for answers about Chandler's little girl.

"Okay," Chandler started. "Well, I guess it begins in my junior year of high school. I started dating this girl, Michelle. Great girl, captain of the basketball team, talented dancer, great singer.....she was fantastic. We had a lot of fun for awhile, and we slept together, once. A few weeks after that, we broke up. I guess we just sort of realized we were different people, the kind of people who can have a fun fling together, but not anything really long term. But we stayed friends, and a few weeks later, Michelle told me she was pregnant. We'd used protection, but, well, I guess it didn't work."

"So," Chandler said. "She told me to go think about it, think about whether or not I wanted to be involved, or what. It took me awhile, and a lot of talking, to finally realize that while I didn't want to be with Michelle romantically, I couldn't just leave someone I considered a friend with a baby I'd helped to create. So, Michelle and I started planning to have a baby. Considered our options, talked to our parents, all that sort of thing. About six months into it, we decided it would be best to give the baby up for adoption. Michelle loved that little baby already, and she wanted the absolute best for it, and we knew that we couldn't give that."

"We registered with an adoption agency, filled out all the paperwork and that sort of stuff. We spent hours at the agency, pouring over files, picking out the best parents for our baby. We had it narrowed down to three couples, who were all fantastic. For awhile there, it seemed like everything was going to be okay. Michelle and I could graduate, we'd have the baby before we went to college, and the baby would be raised in a loving home that could provide everything we couldn't. It seemed like the best ending to what everyone saw as a shitty situation."

"So.....what happened?" Ross asked. "If you don't mind my asking. I mean.....why's the baby with you?"

Chandler sighed. "That, my friend," he said softly. "Is the part of the story I've yet to tell."
