Sasame's Song
Forever and ever I've wondered
How much and how long I've pondered
Over thoughts and wishes and feelings of you
Over words and dreams and wishes to come true
For you to stray to me
To stay with me, to make dreams come true
How bent I've become
How angry and how glum
I've betrayed everyone
Will they still want me?
Maybe I should just give up
Set my poor spirit free
Unleash all of the pain and misery
I've kept inside of me
For so long; I can do this no more
I'll break again soon again for sure
My soul lets go
My eyes close softly
Your face freezes
As I mutter my last words to you
You seem affected
But it's too late for me
I've up and gone away
I wasn't meant to stay
Author's Notes: This was a little poem I'm dedicating to our sweet Sasame. The reason it's called Sasame's Song is only because I thought 'song' sounded better than 'poem.'
Anyway, I don't know too much about Pretear yet (although the knowledge stated above could prove otherwise). So far, I've only seen the first episode, but I've learned Sasame's story in the course of four days Pretear has been in my position, by way of the Internet.
As you can see, Sasame is my favorite character, and I'm guessing if you're still reading this, he's probably yours too.
Hopefully I'll be working on a Sasame story later, if summer doesn't whip its reins and force me to play again.
