Am I invisible?
I see you there with all your friends
Do you see me?
When I met you, you smiled at me
Would you still smile at me now?

Your eyes are full of happiness
Do you see the pain in my eyes?
Do you only say 'Hi" to me because you feel you should

I wish you could see,
That I truly love you for you
Not for your scar but
The way you smile
The way you talk
And your eyes.

I will wait till the end
For you to notice me
But until then
I will remain invisible.
