--From the view of Nightcrawler--
Seperated,
I cut myself clean,
From a past that comes back,
In my darkest of dreams.
Why do you wonder?
Why do you care?
You don't know me.
Your just like the rest.
Then why do you still think about?
You can't really see beyond me.
My apperance is that of a demon.
Your's is that of a angel.
For not all the pain can be seen by your eyes,
Not all these wounds will heal,
Yet you contiue to pretend,
That I look just like everyone eles.
Are you that truely blind?
Or are you the only one that truely sees?
My head is reeling.
Please help me.
I don't know what to think.
I don't know how to act.
You said you'd be there for me.
Whenever the night turns black.
So why am I still crying?
Crying with no self respect.
You tell me I'll never walk alone.
Has everyone truely left?
Yet you contiue to stand over me.
So truthful to your promise.
You help me back to my feet.
And guide me when I can't see.
This pain if just to real for me.
And now I know your the only one that truely sees.
And you'll be always there for me.
For you see beyond the eyes.

My past is much lighter then yours,
Or mayhaps darker?
You think that I know all,
Then why do I always falter?
I don't judge those by how they look,
I see beyond the eyes,
For a demon may seem what you look like,
But your so innocent inside.
I wonder because I love.
I care because compassion is my nature.
Mayhaps I don't know you.
But I am beyond seeing you like the rest.
I can not see all the pain,
And we all have deep wounds.
I'm not pretending you see.
For I see what you are, and I say 'Look, your so much like me!'
I don't know where hence I am blind,
Or if I can see at all.
I'm just as dizzy and confused as you!
And we can only help each other.
Think how every you want,
Act how your heart tells you,
I will only be there to lead you through the night,
If you promise to hlp me out of it at the end!
Please don't cry.
I hate to wipe away your tears.
I may not always be there for you,
But Christ will be instead,
I shouldn't be standing over you,
For you are just as tall as me!
I'll pull you up from the ground.
But we'll have to help each other when we can't see.
Pain is a real thing.
And trust me, I' not the only one that sees.
Sees through anothers eyes.
And far far beyond.
