The laughing cheers of Kei and Keitaro roaring out of Kevin's char were like music to the young man's ears. The beautifully polished red dodge viper zoomed down the streets like a bat out of hell. Yuri and Kei laughed as their multicolored hair was beautifully flaunted in the cool breezes with the top down. Kevin was taking the girls out to a place for some fun, the girls needed a break and Kevin wanted to discuss their wedding plans of course.
"And people say money doesn't make you happy" Yuri giggled, Kevin also laughed "Well it can make you smile but nothing likes the warm kiss of a beautiful angel". Kei blushed and cooed sweet fully as she kissed Kevin once again with the blushing cheeks of 16 year old teenager. Yuri groaned "Must it be beaten to death instead of being rubbed in?". Keitaro giggled and smiled dreamily at the clouds and bright blue sky that rapidly moved about.
Kei smiled and cuddled the young infant with a grin "Yeah that's some big crazy world out there Keitaro. But don't you worry, mommy and daddy here aren't gonna let a thing happen to you", Kevin smiled and wiped a tear from his eye, it still felt so touching to be called that. Eventually the red car whirred to a stop and the gang hopped out with Keitaro in tow. "Here we are ladies, Omega Mall, should be enough to keep us busy" Kevin said smiling.
Kei and Kevin eagerly locked arms and leaned their heads on each other shoulder softly, smiling ever so happily without a care in the world. With Keitaro gently snuggled between their arms, the soft smell of their lovely skin on their noises, Kevin and Kei felt like they were on top of the world. A whole year had passed since their insane adventure with the Black Cobra Alliance Network. The lovers suffered a hard ride but came out just fine.
And despite how grumpy Yuri was that she was still single, her baby blue eyes couldn't help but shine with the love the 2 had for each other. It was as if the whole world was gone, as if everything around them was nothing but silence and shadows, as if the only thing existing in their very own souls was each other. Cause if you stared into Kei or Kevin's eyes, the only thing you'd see is their lover because to them they are the only things in the world.
Kevin smiled as he arrived back at the table with Kei, Yuri, and Keitaro sitting all around it as he set down the deep dish cheese pizza replying "Okay everyone dig in!". Like a pack of ravenous wolves, the happy family and friends ate voraciously and insanely into the rapidly vanishing cheese pizza. Even little Keitaro was given a small chunk of mozzarella sauce soaked pizza bread, to which he ate and giggled with a messy saucy mouth.
"Awe your so damned cute it's not even freaking funny" Kei said as she gently wiped her son's mouth clean of the pizza sauce. All the while Kevin was watching this with a warm hearted smile painted across his young face. At first he believed Kei just adopted Keitaro because she felt sorry for him, sorry for the fact he'd never know his parents or his past. But as he watched her, watched her giggle and blush alongside her rolling/laughing child.
Kevin could see she truly and deeply loved him; she cared for him like a son, like her OWN son. That just made this family's hearts even stronger. A small laugh escaped Kevin as he ruffled Keitaro's small tuft of orange hair, chuckling "Not even able to form words and he already likes Italian food". Both Kevin and Kei laughed happily at that remark, Yuri however just crashed her head repeatedly in the table, still unable to accept this marriage.
Kevin blinked as he noticed Yuri's dismay and was about to say something until Kei's bare belly gurgled. "Oh uh potty break" Kei said with an embarrassed flushing red on her cheeks, Kevin blew a kiss to her as she left and Kei did the same as she headed off to the bathroom. Yuri mumbled softly to herself "Get a private island for god's sake". Kevin smirked "What was that Yuri?", the purple haired girl eeped "I uh oh it was uh......crap".
"No need to lie Yuri by all means speak your mind, although I'm guessing it has to do with my marriage to Kei?" Kevin asked. With a sigh in her voice and a frown on her face Yuri nodded, groaning "No offense Kevin you're a REALLY nice guy but it's just......I don't get you, I don't get you and Kei". Brown eyes blinked in confusion, "What do you mean?" Kevin asked. Yuri pouted "I just don't see why you love her so much, I mean like LOVE, love.
I'm not saying I'm jealous or anything (sweat drop) okay maybe a little. But to me I just don't see what you see, I don't get why you're so MADLY in love with her as opposed to normal love. I mean what's in Kei that makes you act all Prince Charming and such?" Kevin chuckled gently at that. The blue sky shined brilliantly in the innocent eyes of Keitaro as he watched the world above him, smiling at the sound of his father's gentle natured voice.
Blue hair strands were gently tugged by the breezing winds around Kevin as he slowly spoke to Yuri with that same gift, that same ability to read people's hearts, minds, and souls, the same gift that Kei fell in love with. Kevin smiled "Kei doesn't make me act like anyone but myself, and that's one of the reasons why I love her so very much. As hard and brass as she may seem, she's got a wonderful heart of gold inside that body of hers".

Another laugh escaped Kevin "Don't sound so shocked Yuri, hard as it may be for you to accept it but Kei is a woman. You see Kei has never had anyone to ever love her or help her out, even as a child she was left with nothing at all. The only thing she knew was that she had to be tough if she was going to make it, and so she got tough.
But it's more then just pride, gun shells, and explosives, Kei has a spark, a fire that's so wild and passionate it's too wonderful to even begin describing. She loves this life of wild rides, action packed missions, and everything else that makes her blood run, but she does it because it makes her happy, because it's her life and her love at the same time. Fate may have made her scared and alone as a child, but as a woman life made her a true warrior.
She feels shunned by the world and the people in it, seeing as how everyone views her as acting strange or liking all the wrong things a girl should like. When I first heard about Kei I was a bit worried that Kei was a cold hearted killer, but as I read more and more I saw who she really was. I saw the beauty that no one else could, and I was burned by the fires of her heart. And it was glorious Yuri, oh it was superb. So warm, so pleasant, so magnificent.
It was like bathing in an ocean of bath water, like drinking from the purest drink of the gods and letting it drench your soul clean of all sins, Kei is my idol and my love. I respect what she does and admire the wonderful brand of love that she so eagerly slams upon the Earth without care of others thoughts. That's the Kei I love, and that is the same Kei that is your partner", Yuri blinked a bit almost in shock, never ever thinking Kei in such a way.
Suddenly the tanned beauty Kei returned to the table with a calm smile on her face, giving a ticklish greeting to Keitaro and a warm kiss to her Kevin. "Well my lunch is finally settled and sunk (giggle) so what'd you guys talk about?" Kei asked, Yuri smirked a bit "Just a little clarification is all". Wiping the plates clean and their lunch settling firmly in their bellies, Kevin, Kei, Yuri, and Keitaro headed on out to continue their little shopping spree.
Beeping sounds emitted from Kevin's watch, he flipped up the watch communicator and groaned as someone was calling him. "Awe dam, sorry honey but I gotta head on out, the tux is done at the cleaners and then I need to make my reservations at the hotel's chapel" Kevin said. Kei's face turned into a sorrow filled frown as she hugged her fiancé, and warmly kissed his lips once more. Keitaro also hugged his mother with his little arms happily.
The engine of the red sports car whirred as Kevin winked to Kei and Yuri, "Don't worry a thing Kei, this wedding is gonna be the wedding of your dreams. Why don't you hang onto Keitaro for a while? I'm sure he'd love to spend the rest of the time with his mother until the big day comes around". Happily smiling and nodding Kei, leaned in and kissed Kevin goodbye as he zoomed off. Kei shouted "Thanks Kev, I LOVE YOU ALWAYS KEV!".
Watching the happy couple separate again, Yuri finally could see that for once in her life Kei was truly happy. And who was she to rain her white wedding day parade? Kei's tanned shoulders flexed under her red and white tank top, as noticed a green cash card in Yuri's white gloved digits. "What's that?" Kei asked, Yuri giggled "I think it's time the bride to be got her ass a wedding dress, my treat", Yuri winked at a most astonished & shocked Kei.
Eagerly hugging her partner with arms wide open, Kei laughed and hugged a slightly embarrassed Yuri who hugged back. Keitaro giggled in all the midst of his mother's sudden sparking change if attitude. Yuri and Kei then entered the first dress shop they could find and began their hunt for the perfect wedding dress. Meanwhile screaming across the road with a sparkling shine to his viper, Kevin was punching digits into a cell phone.
The number whirred to life as the caller picker up, an older more tired voice groggily spoke "3WA West branch, can I help you?". Kevin smirked "I believe so, do the names Kei and Yuri of the Lovely Angels ring a bell?", the voice paused before replying "I'm listening". Slowly but quietly Kevin continued "I'm coming to meet you soon so get ready, I want to make sure that Kei will never forget this wedding no matter what" Kevin clicked off.
