Chapter 1: Montreal

Don appeared on the street of a city.

"Hey, there welcome to Montreal, Canada. You remember the teams from the Ridonculous Race last year, well they're coming back again for season two of the Ridonculous Race." Don introduced.

"Now let's get re-acquainted with the teams."

The scene cuts to a bus, where Carrie and Devin are sitting together, holding hands.

"Carrie and Devin, the New Couple."

"Ever since Devin and I got together last year things have been great." said Carrie.

"Yeah, it's so much better being with Carrie than with Shelley." Devin added.

"Aw, Devin."

"Kelly and Taylor, Mother and Daughter."

Kelly was on her iPhone while Taylor was on hers.

"I don't really know why we've entered this race again. We already have money." Taylor mentioned.

"I told you sweetie, last time we were here we really did some bonding. So I figured we could use some more." Kelly explained.

"Emma and Kitty, the Sisters."

Kitty was snapping some selfies of herself, while Emma was gazing lovingly at someone.

"It feels so good to be back on the show." Kitty said.

"Yeah, and since I've gotten my law degree I thought this would be a good way to celebrate." added Emma.

"And so she can spend time with Noah."

Emma gave her sister a stink eye.

"Crimson and Ennui, the Goths."

The goths said nothing.

"Owen and Noah, Reality TV Veterans."

"Woo-hoo! Isn't this great, Noah?" Owen wondered.

"Yeah, real great." Noah replied, distracted.

"It's so great to be back on TV again." Owen told.

"Yeah, I would've said no, but I made an exception." Noah said.

"And so he could see Emma again."

"Mickey and Jay, the Adversity Twins."

Mickey took his inhaler, while Jay was making sure he had on all his medical alert bracelets. Just then their seats suddenly jerked forward.

"I know it's a surprise we came back, but we want to try again." Mickey explained to the viewers.

"Yeah, plus this could help toughen us up, like last time." added Jay.

Suddenly, Mickey started sneezing.

"That is if our allergy medication holds up."

"Stephanie and Ryan, the Daters."

Stephanie and Ryan were looking out the window at the city.

"Ever since last year, Stephanie and I have been stronger than ever." Ryan informed.

"Yeah, after learning and accepting our faults, we've been getting along great." added Stephanie.

The bus came to a stop, and Josee and Jacques leapt out of it.

"The Ice Dancers, Josee and Jacques."

"This year we're absolutely winning." declared Josee.

"Yes, we won't settle for bronze." Jacques added.

"We'll stoop even lower than last time."

"Geoff and Brody, the Surfer Dudes." "Back again for round two." said Geoff.

"It feels great to be going on another trip around the world."

"Dude, wouldn't it be awesome if we win again?" wondered Brody.

"Dude that would be awesome."

Don then welcome the teams that came off the bus.

"Over here contestants." he told them.

Out of a taxi came Dwayne and Dwayne Junior.

"Another team we have is Dwayne and Dwayne Junior, Father and Son."

"I'm really looking forward to competing again." Dwayne told the viewers.

"Yeah, now that I'm older I can take part in the tougher challenges." Junior informed.

"But they still gotta be safe, son."

"Sanders and Macarthur, the Cops."

Sanders and Macarthur came running down the street in their cop clothes.

"We've graduated from the police academy, and now we're full time police officers." Macarthur announced.

"With our new badges we're going to take the show by storm." added Sanders.

"Lorenzo and Chet, the Brothers."

Lorenzo and Chet walked up towards the others.

"We're going to try and win this thing this time." said Lorenzo.

"Yeah, now that we're officially brothers we can take whatever comes at us." agreed Chet.

"Tom and Jen, Fashion Bloggers."

Tom and Jen strutted down the sidewalk.

"Hey there, blog followers. Here we are again." Tom announced.

"We hope to get further than we did last year. That way we can see more fashions." said Jen.

"The Rockers, Rock and Spud."

The two came up rocking out to music.

"So psyched to be back, and now that Spud has better control of himself, we'll win for sure." Rock said.

Spud nodded in agreement.

"Laurie and Miles. The Vegans."

The two girls were letting some pigeons land on them, and they petted them.

"We're ready to try and race again." said Miles.

"And this time we're not going to let our morals be compromised. No meat at all." added Laurie.

"The Geniuses, Ellody and Mary."

The two got out of a cab.

"This time we're determined to come out higher than last year." declared Ellody.

"Yes, we're scientists so we're not gonna get eliminated so soon." added Mary.

"Leonard and Tammy, the Larpers. Seriously they came back?"

"We may have gotten kicked off first last year, but not this year." Leonard said.

"We're sticking out longer with our new magic skills." Tammy mentioned.

"And finally, Gerry and Pete Tennis Rivals."

"It was a little embarrassing leaving second last year." admitted Gerry.

"But we've been doing some work to get back in shape, so we're ready now." informed Pete.

All the contestants gathered around Don.

"Welcome back teams, and I hope you're ready for another race around the world." he told them.

"The rules are still the same, you'll look for a Don Box, and press the button to get your challenge."

He stepped aside to reveal the first Don Box.

"And the race begins...now!"

Everyone then ran to the Don Box. The New Couple was the first to press the button and get a tip.

"Get a taxi." Carrie started.

"And head to the Montreal Botanical Gardens." Pete said.

"To get your next tip." finished Kelly.

The teams then raced to the road to get a taxi.

The first one to get there were the Sisters.

"Yes, first ones here." Emma cheered.

"And there's the Don Box." added Kitty.

She pressed the button, and a tip came out.

"Looks like it's an either or."

The scene cuts to Don who was already in the gardens.

"In this either or challenge, teams can either try and find a flower of each color of the rainbow, or weed an entire flower bed. Then bring the flowers or weeds to this worker for their next tip." he told.

"I say we make a rainbow, let's go Kitty." said Emma.

The next team to arrive were the Vegans.

"Wow." Miles observed.

"They were both such good choices." "We don't know which one to choose." said Laurie.

The next team that came were the Reality TV Veterans.

"It's an either or challenge which one should we do?" wondered Owen.

Noah then turned to Miles.

"Hey, you wouldn't happen to know if the Sisters are here yet?"

"Yeah, they went that way." she told him.

"Then we're going this way big boy." Noah told Owen, and they hurried off.

One by one the others teams showed up and picked a challenge. The Tennis Rivals, Cops, Father and Son, Surfer Dudes, Goths, Daters, and Brothers picked weeding.

While the New Couple, Mother and Daughter, Ice Dancers, Fashion Bloggers, Rockers, Vegans, Geniuses, and Larpers picked the flowers.

"This seems easy enough." said Kitty as she picked a red flower.

"Yeah, this race is so ours." Emma replied.

Then Owen and Noah showed up.

"Hi Emma."

"Hi, Noah."

And they both blushed.

"Remember guys, we're in a race." Owen reminded.

The two then snapped out of their dreamy state, and quickly got to work.

"I'm happy that Noah found a girlfriend, but there are times when he loses focus because of it." Owen admitted.

"But this time I'm in better control." Noah piped up.

With the other teams, they were busy picking weeds.

"This has got to be the most simple challenge ever." said Macarthur, as she pulled up weeds.

"Just make sure you're actually pulling the weeds and not the actual plants." Sanders reminded.

"Come on, bro maybe we can get done first." encouraged Chet.

"You got it, bro." replied Lorenzo.

Mickey pulled up to weeds, and then put them in the basket Jay was holding.

"We thought it be better to go with the weeds." Mickey explained

. "Yeah, the pollen from flowers messes with our sinuses." added Jay.

Each team did their choice of challenges.

"Hey, Tom wouldn't these flowers look great as hair accessories?" asked Jen, putting a blue flower in her hair.

"You are so right. Plus that flower goes with your outfit." Tom agreed.

Just then Josee appeared, and snatched the flower out of Jen's hair.

"I'll take that."

"Hey!"

And the Fashion Bloggers hurried after the Ice Dancers.

Soon some of the teams finished their challenges, and hurried to find the worker.

"We're going to win this first challenge." said Jacques.

"Not if we get there first." piped up Carrie.

The Ice and Dancers and the New Couple were neck in neck. The New Couple managed to get there first. The worker checked the flowers, and then gave the next tip to them.

"Yes, first place." cheered Devin.

"Okay, get on the next plane and catch the next fight to Kenya." read Carrie.

"Let's go declared." declared Devin.

The Ice Dancers glared, they hated coming in any other place besides first.

Then the other teams finished. Brothers were 3rd, the Sisters 4th, TV Veterans 5th, Cops were 6th, Father and Son 7th, Mother and Daughter 8th, Adversity Twins 9th, Goths 10th, Tennis Rivals 11th, Surfer Dudes 12th, Daters 13th, Fashion Bloggers 14th, Rockers 15th, Vegans 16th, Geniuses 17th, and Larpers 18th.

"Now the teams are off to their first destination. Who'll come in first and who'll be the first to leave. Find out next time on the Ridonculous Race." Don announced.
