Chapter 1 : Memories

*Note that I wrote this story before the release of seabound, that's why there are inconsistencies with other seasons.

"Master Lloyd Mountgomery Garmadon, son of Misako Mountgomery Garmadon and Lord Garmadon ! Welcome to the Temple of revival." Said a deep man's voice "tell me Master Garmadon, what brings you to this place ?" Asked the man.

"I need to bring a long lost one back..." Lloyd answered "a love one..." with a deep and sad voice.

1 month earlier

It's autumn, leaves are falling from the trees, the winter's wind starts blowing. The monastery of spinjitzu looks empty, but in the inside, Kai, Cole, Zane, Jay and Nya are having fun playing video games. P.I.X.A.L. is working on new boosters for the Bounty. Wu, has always, is reading his parchments. But Lloyd, in his room, sitting on his bed and letting the time pass.

*knock, knock* It was Misako.

"Hi mom" said Lloyd "What are you doing here ?"

"I've come to see you my beloved son" she answered.

"Well, thanks for coming. But I think you should go" he said in a trembling voice

"Lloyd it has been over a week since the last time I saw you smile" gasped Misako "what is happening to you ? Do you have any problems ? Any troubles ? Tell me."

"Maybe another time mom, but right now I just want to be alone, please mom"

"Lloyd, I am your mother, if there is anything, I am here to help so tell me Lloyd ! Please !" Begged Misako

"Just leave me alone !" Said Lloyd starting to get angry

"Lloyd, just tell m-"

"JUST FUCKING LEAVE ME ALONE !!!" Shouted Lloyd starting to use his elemental power

"Ok, ok I will leave" whispered Misako.

"I'm sorry mom, I don't know what got into me"

"It's ok my dear, we all have our hard times, have some rest, call me if you need any held"

She then closed Lloyd's room door and left.

Tears began to flow from Lloyd's eyes.

"HAHA ! You're trash Cole !" Laughed Jay "I'm better than you !"

"Dude it's logical !" Responded Cole "You where literally inside the game longer than me"

"Being inside a game for a more longer time doesn't mean that he could be better than you Cole" replied Zane

"Zane, I think that there is a little problem in your 0 and 1 codes" Laughed Jay "I'm better than Cole that's all !"

"You are maybe right" replied Zane

"Oh I am ri-" Jay stopped talking, Lloyd entered de the room.

"Hi Lloyd !" Said all of the ninjas, but no response.

"Uh Lloyd ?" Asked kai "OH GREAT ! He is muted now !"

"Oh... uh... yeah.. hi" responded Lloyd taking a bottle of water in the fridge, he was completely off, no emotions, no reaction, no nothing. Lloyd was just muted.

It's night time, all of the ninjas are taking their dinner, except one, Lloyd, he wasn't present for dinner.

"Were is Lloyd ?" Asked Nya

"'Dunno" answered Jay "maybe he is sick !"

"How can he be sick ?" Asked Kai "he was just fine this afternoon, well, he was acting weird but nothing else."

"Well I notice Lloyd becoming more distant than normal" said Zane "to be more precise, Its distance level increased by 83%"

"Uh how do you know that Zane ?" Asked Cole

"Well we can say that I have be observing you people for a moment"

"When you meant for a moment" said Nya "for how long ?"

"Oh not long" answered Zane

"Can you be more precise ?" Ask Kai

"4 years" answered Zane with a big smile

"WHAT !?" Shouted the others

"What What ?" Asked Zane

"Why didn't you tell us ?!" Asked Cole

"Well, nobody asked, so I didn't said anything" answered Zane

"Zane we really need to work on your programming" said Jay

Lloyd was outside in Ninjago, having a stroll, He then arrived in a small neighbourhood a river was trespassing in there. He then arrived on a bridge, it was at this moment the memories came back,

"Can I ask you a question" asked Lloyd "do you enjoy being a princess?"

"Everyone thinks being a princess is suppose to be easy and wonderful and... I... I guess it's ok" answered Harumi "but... a lot of the time is really hard"

"Uh, tell me about it" said Lloyd "not being a princess, I mean, being the green ninja"

"We have to live up to a role that was bestowed upon us" said Harumi "we never chose these mental we hold"

"I know, it's hard to live a normal life, at least I get to wear a mask, but you..."

"I wear my own masks" said Harumi "sometimes painted, sometimes A KIDNAPPER OF PRINCESSES MUAHAHA"

"In my defence, it was my first day" affirmed Lloyd

Those memories were beautiful memories, Lloyd really thought she loved him, but she broke his heart, and it will never be repaired.

He then left the neighbourhood and continued his stroll, thinking about Harumi, always, he cannot hate her, his heart is fully into her, loosing her was like loosing a part of his soul, he loved her, and he still love her. Bringing her back is his only wish, but nobody can have everything he wishes, and he is aware of this.

He then continued walking, he enter downtown and arrived near the Borg tower, he then remembered fighting his father on this tower, dodging his father's attacks and making his father loose his powers.

Lloyd didn't want to return into the monastery, so he went to Dareth's bar.

"Oh man !" Said Dareth "look who it is ! How are you Lloyd ?"

"Good evening Dareth, I'm fine"

"So, you came to ask help to the brown ninja ?" Asked Dareth with a proud smile

"Well no, I just came to take a drink"

"Oh ! Of course ! Tell me what you want"

"Some beer please"

"But Lloyd" said Dareth "you don't have the age to drink beer"

"Dareth, just give me some beer"

"Ok ok, but let's not tell anyone"

"Yeah yeah"

After taking his beer Lloyd then left Dareth's bar. He didn't want to come back to the monastery, so he went in a shop and bought some pyjamas, and went in an hotel and took a room. He then put his pyjamas in his room and came out. He went to the master Chen restaurant and took dinner there. He then came back to the hotel room. He took a shower. When he was over, he heard a weird noise.

"What was that" said Lloyd into his mind

He wore his pyjamas and came out of the bathroom ready to fight.

"Well hello Lloyd" said a familiar voice

"Zane ?! What are you doing here ?" Asked A shocked Lloyd

"Well, I should be the one asking ! What are you doing here Lloyd ?" Asked Zane

"Urg.. I just wanted to have a little break" answered Lloyd

"And why that ? Do you have any problem ? Any perturbation ?"

"Don't worry Zane, I'm fine, I just want to be alone for the moment, you can come back to the monastery, but please don't tell anything to the others"

"Oh, alright then, take care of yourself Lloyd. I won't tell anybody. I promise !"

"Thanks Zane. You can can go now. I'll come back tomorrow"

Zane then left to the hotel to finally come back to the monastery. But he was asking himself, what is happening, is Lloyd really fine or is there some problems ? But he directly stop asking he then took his bike came back to the monastery without telling the ninjas that he met Lloyd.

Lloyd then go to bed to sleep. But couldn't. He kept think about Harumi. He finally fell asleep to then have a terrible nightmare.

*I Hope you enjoyed chapter one, this is my first Story ever ! I'm trying to find some ideas for the beginning of the story, I know what's going to happen next but I don't have much ideas for the beginning. I have ideas for the first 3 chapters and I want the story introduction to end at chapter 5. I will release chapter 2 very soon and I promise it will be longer. Stay tuned :)
