a/n just to give u a past check, Hermione and Draco were dating, but Hermione breaks up with Draco after he says cruel things to Hermione when he's mad. She thinks hes back to mean old Draco.
"Hermione! Just listen to me!"
"No Draco!! Its over! You're just like everybody says! Its over! Don't you get it? What do u want with a stupid mudblood like me anyways!" Hermione hollered at him through tears.
Draco slumped down against the wall and put his face in his hands. What the hell just happened? Never in his life had he been so happy and it's all gone now....
knock, knock, knock "mmpppfff go away" Hermione muffled through a mouthful of pillow and fell back to sleep. A slender blonde figure snuck in and got busy to work.
Hermione woke up and rubbed the sleep from her eyes. She was amazed by what she saw. On the foot of her bed was a rose with petals that changed from ginger to silver. On the stem was a piece of paper:
"I'm not a perfect person
As many things I wish I didn't do
But I continue learning

Hermione opened her closet and gasped. Hanging there was a beautiful gown. Deep red in color, it was ankle length and scoop neck. Another paper was attached to the hanger:

Hermione took a second to think. She knew who all this was from, and curiosity killed the cat but..she was so drawn to this..her thoughts were cut off when she heard a small tinkling noise and turned towards her music box. Slowly she opened it and her eyes opened wide. A silver chain layed in her musix box and she picked it up. A small star hung with a ruby in the middle from the delicate chain. Once again a paper was with the gift:

"meet me in the north tower wearing all of this at 9:00"
Hermione got ready and slipped the flower in her hair. Putting the invisibility cloak on she walked up to the north tower. She opened the door to find Draco sitting there on a huge bed.
"'Mione I know your mad. And you have every right to be. But you're my reason I changed. From mean old Draco, to me now. I want to always be there for you. Always and forever. That's why I need you to hear this.."
Hermione's heart pounded as Draco got off the bed and got down on one knee. "Hermione will you marry me?" Hermione passed out on the bed. Draco sighed. This was not supposed to happen. He leaned over her and put his face near hers. Her eyes snapped open and she pulled him to her and kissed him hard. "YES! I WLL!"
