Venice broke out laughing at the 'oomph' that had come out of Mr. Anderson's mouth. Jack had him pinned down and looked up at her, grinning.

Immediately there was another loud crash. Damian had kicked the door in roughly. He and Will came rushing in on top of the brittle oak, only to be greeted by a very large Bruce charging at them, quite ready to head-butt them to Mars or some other planet.

Again, the attack was prevented by Steve mulling him into the wall, effectively knocking him out with a blow to his head.

Venice's eyebrows shot up in surprise, but she was laughing. With a similar expression, Will just looked at Steve and said, "Thanks!"

"What the hell is going on?" Mr. Anderson complained loudly beneath a very comfortable Jack, "Steve, what the hell did you just do?"

Steve grinned sheepishly and shrugged, sitting down and getting comfortable on an unconscious Bruce. Jack kicked at Mr. Anderson to shut him up. It worked.

Everyone in the room laughed, except for a very mad Mr. Anderson and a very unconscious Bruce. Will went about untying Venice, though he had to admit he was a little turned on by the bondage look, and almost went about jumping her right then and there instead.

But everyone was watching and he didn't think it too appropriate.

Venice went to sit up, but somehow succeeded on falling off the bed and onto the hard wood floor. Squeezing her eyes shut momentarily to dull the growing ache in her head, she reopened them to an entertaining sight under the bed, which she then pulled out while she sat up.

Holding the fuzzy object up between her thumb and forefinger like a diseased creature, she laughed heartily and looked over to Mr. Anderson.

"See, I just knew you were into bondage, Josh. Here are those pink handcuffs you were looking for," Venice managed to say between laughing.

After restraining Mr. Anderson with the fuzzy handcuffs, the group left the shack of a house. Mr. Anderson was thrown over Steve's shoulder and brought out behind them. Steve was patiently enduring his bickering about Steve betraying him. Eventually, though, everyone got annoyed so Jack took off one of his nasty socks and shoved it in Mr. Anderson's mouth.

Jack sighed. "There goes half of my favorite pair. Oh well." Steve laughed.

Mr. Anderson mumbled through the sock, "This is disgusting," but because the sock was there, it sounded more like, "Thiff iff whifgufting," which incited more giggles from the group.

Waiting for them in the car, Liz and a surprised Mr. Norrington laughed at the leprechaun-ish man with a sock in his mouth.

Mr. Norrington's teacher instincts popped in quickly, though. "Now, who is this man?" He asked, gesturing to Mr. Anderson.

"Who, the little leprechaun or the big guy holding him?" Venice said, everyone giggling at her comment.

"Both."

"Then why didn't you ask, 'Who are these men?'? Geeze, I know you aren't the language arts teacher, Mr. N, but your grammar skills should be a little more polished than that, don't you think?" Will said, smirking.

Mr. Norrington sighed. "Will someone please answer my question?"

Damian grinned and nodded. "Leprechaun man," Damian was momentarily interrupted by Venice muttering 'little cunt', but a crude stare from her brother shut her up. Damian continued, "Is Mr. Joshua Anderson. Big guy is Steve, originally on Mr. Anderson's side but helped us instead."

Steve nodded proudly. Venice began staring at the car and pacing around it, and this suddenly caught everyone's attention.

Noticing the attention, Venice explained, "Well, there are eight of us, and only five seats in this car."

Steve spoke up. "I'll be taking Mr. Anderson to the nearest police station. I'm sure they'll be happy to deal with a kidnapping. Everyone will be able to fit much easier then."

More than a few of them were surprised at how intelligently Steve spoke. He looked a little like a Neanderthal to the group, and probably to everyone he encountered.

Jack nodded. "That will do quite well. But, what about the big guy still in the shack? Bruce?"

Steve nodded back. "Him too." Suddenly Steve dropped Mr. Anderson to the ground and shook hands with Will, Jack and Damian. Coming to Venice, he kissed her pale hand politely. "It has been an honour to meet all of you, and I'm sure our paths will cross again."

With that, Steve picked Mr. Anderson up and heaved him over his shoulders like a sack of potatoes. Venice blew a kiss at a glaring Mr. Anderson and waved him off. The angry man squirmed so much that the pink handcuffs opened and fell to the ground. Venice picked them up and threw them nonchalantly on the floor of the passenger seat.

The car situation was resolved relatively quickly after Steve's exit. Jack drove, with Venice next to him in the passenger seat. Damian sat on Will's lap in the back behind Jack, Liz sat in the middle, and Norrington next to her, behind Venice.

They drove back to the mall in New Tortuga, where they dropped Mr. Norrington off. By now, he had totally forgotten about his watch, and was eager to get it fixed and get home.

Right before Mr. Norrington headed towards the mall with his watch, Will stopped him. The others gathered around, supporting him.

"Uh, Mr. Norrington?"

"Yes, Will?"

"Are we going to get busted for skipping school?" Will spit out in a jumble of words.

"In light of the circumstances? No. But I will keep this to myself to avoid the inevitable questioning, as I suggest you do as well. Good Day." He nodded, then turned on his heel and walked towards the glass doors.

The five teenagers stood there, stunned. Quietly they got back in the car, then suddenly erupted in cheers.

In all the hooting and hollering, Venice whacked her head up against the dashboard, catching view once more of the fuzzy pink handcuffs she had thrown on the floor. She picked them up and showed them to everyone, succeeding in getting another good laugh.

"Well, Jack, we could have fun with these later," Venice leered at him.

Jack grinned.
