"Welcome back to Hogwarts. I hope everyone has another year of adventure." Dumbledore said as the room filled with cheers.
"Something I forgot, we have a new student. Loralie please come up here." He said reaching his hand to her. A pale, black haired girl walked on the stage wearing the school uniform but without a house badge or house tie. Professor McGonagall walked on the stage carrying a stool and the Sorting hat.
"Everyone this is Loralie Williowick. Loralie please sit on the stool and Professor McGonagall will place the Sorting hat on your head and it will tell us all what house you belong in." Dumbledore smiled at her as she walked past him and sat on the stool.
Slytherin Table
"Look at her." Blaise Zambini said to Draco with a smile on his face.
"Yeah." Draco said in a sigh as he too stared at her.
" 'Ello! Earth to Draco." Pansy Parkinson said to Draco as she waved her hand in his face trying to get his attention.
"Oh sod off Pandy!" He quickly snapped at her. She sat down again, facing her food and began to pout.
Back on Stage
"Now dear, I am about to place the hat on your head. And you will be sorted. "McGonagall said with her usual stern look. Loralie nodded in response and looked forward. McGonagall lowered the hat over her head but it sorted her before it even touched her.
"SLYTHERIN!" The sorting hat yelled.
The Slytherin Table roared with cheers as Loralie got off the stool and headed towards the table, where she sat alone.
Gryffindor Table
"Just like Malfoy." Ron whispered to Harry and Hermione as the feast began.
"A girl just like Malfoy....great." Hermione responded.
"We heard she just got released from Azkaban." The twins Fred and George said together as the reached for chicken. The trio gave each other strange looks.
"Why was she there?" Ron said, his mouth full of food. Hermione gave him a stern look and turned her attention back to the twins.
"She killed loads of Muggles." Fred said taking a bite out of his roll.
"Yeah, and some other people. But no one knows, only her and Dumbledore." George said as he handed a gobblet to Dean Thomas.
"I wonder who else she killed." hermione said to herself.
The feast went by without any problems, and the students were directed to there Common Rooms by there House Head boys and girls. Loralie was the last one to enter the Slytherin Common room and was immediatly directed to her dorm by the Head Girl.
"This is your dorm." She said opening the door. Loralie walked in and sat on the only bed that was free.
"Your roommates are two girls called Pansy and Madison. Have fun." The head girl said shutting the door. Loralie looked around her room and layed down on her bed with a sigh.
"A real bed." She said to herself with a smile on her face.
