Tears rolled down Draco's cheeks silently. He kept his sobs quiet and tried his best to control his breathing. His back was pressed against his bedroom door, so as to stop any intruder; though he knew the intruder would get in anyway. He looked around his room, from one window to the other. Could he climb out of them? Could he make it out? What would happen if he left? Would he be chased? Would he just end up having to come back with worse repercussions? Then the sounds of beating came from the door.

"Let me in right this instant!" Came the booming voice beyond the door.

"No!" Draco screamed, tears flowing faster, leaving trails down his cheeks, his eyes pink and puffy. "I hate you!"

"Get away from the goddamn door!" The booming voice responded.

"No," Draco sobbed harder," no, no, no..."

"MOVE!"

"I wish you weren't my father." Draco cried out.

The door fought with his back as he tried to keep it closed, his legs braced on the desk in front of him. Then his legs gave and the door came crashing open, shoving him into the wall.

"How dare you!" Screamed Lucius a couple inches from Draco's face. Draco cowered into the corner between the wall and door. "You think you can just do whatever you want whenever you want? You're disgusting! You're not worthy of being my son."

Lucius would not beat Draco, though sometimes Draco feared he would, but why beat someone when the psychological damage one can cause will last so much longer?

"I hate you," whispered Draco harshly," I hate you."

Lucius snarled," Pack your clothes, we're leaving tomorrow."

"I'm not going." Draco said, loud enough for Lucius to hear.

"You're going, now do as I say you pathetic excuse for a wizard." Lucius turned on heel and slammed the bedroom door behind him as he left.

"I wish you weren't my father." Draco whispered as he rocked back and forth, his arms wrapped around his knees.

Draco stuck out his foot as Harry passed him in the hallway. Harry tripped and his books went flying everywhere. Malfoy grinned and chuckled.

"You're a pathetic excuse for a wizard," Draco said derisively. Crabbe and Goyle joined in with their own guffawing laughter.

"Why are you such a jerk Malfoy?" Harry glared up at the merry Slytherin trio.

"Because it's fun to see you suffer." Draco replied, sneering.

"I can't wait for the day people laugh at your pain Malfoy." Harry pushed himself up and brushed off his robes, glaring hatefully at Draco.

Draco frowned and punched Harry in the face, then strode away, flanked by his henchman, as Potter nursed a bloody, broken nose.

A/N Sorry if it's terrible. It was inspired and it had to be written. I tried editing it several times and this is all I could do. Please review. Flames are welcome but only if they're constructive, tell me what I'm doing wrong and how you suggest me to change and maybe I will use your advice in upcoming stories. Thanks.
