Also, Naruto, Sasuke, and Sakura are also 15 or 16. Kakashi, and the others are slightly a little younger, like 20 or 19.
And it has nothing to do with Konohagakure, but it does with ninjas.
This fanfiction is really similar to the manga, Ceres. A girl name Shrubia and her older brother, Alex, are from New York.
It's Shrubia's 15th birthday. She and her brother are invited to their grandfather's house for a meeting. As a present,
Shrubia gets a skull. The skull uncovered a power so strong, it destroyed the whole house. Not only was Shrubia's power
uncover, but something happened to Alex. As Shrubia starts screaming in pain, Alex is somehow getting slashed into
ribbons, making him bleed all over. Now, as Shrubia tries to find out whats wrong with her and how she can live a normal
life as she did before, she now lives with these people who saved her from the explosion at the house. Can she trust them?
And what about Alex? What has happened to him?
It's Monday, December 7. Approximately 3:45pm. Shrubia, Alex, and a couple of her friends are at the mall, in a
Chinese Buffet, eating. "burp "Ah! That was good stuff!" said Alex. "Ew! That's nasty Alex. No wonder you don't have
a girlfriend yet, you still act like a 8 year old." said Shrubia in disgust. " Well, excuse me for eating, unlike you.
Thinking your fat, going on your little diet, and getting all scrawny."said Alex. "Shut Up!" yelled Sakura as she was
listening to Alex and Shrubia arguing. "..." "If you guys are done eating, I'm gonna ask for the check." Sakura said.
Unfortunately, the waiter heard her and brought over the check and fortune cookies. "Alright, fortune cookies." said Alex.
Everyone cracked open their cookies and read their fortune. " Happiness for you have come and go... what the hell does that
mean?" said Naruto. "Knowledge is power... I kind of understand that, I think." said Sakura. "Mine says... Unfortunate
effects are near you." said Alex. "Um... is that suppose to make sense? " And last but not least, Whether light or darkness
triumphs is up to the great power of life you have within you." said Shrubia slowly.(That's a lot for 1 fortune cookie)
"Hunh? That sounds like a bad thing..." said Shrubia. "Hey, look, on the other side, there's more writing..." as Sakura
point's out. " There is a fateful encounter awaiting you, which will be your aid."said Shrubia as she reads the other side.
"Oo! I hope it's a boy!" said Alex. "Hunh?" said Shrubia "Yea, that way, he can end your 15- year dating slump."said Alex.
"Excuse me, what about Miroku? And what about you? I don't see your girlfriend anywhere." said Shrubia. "Hey, I'm too
busy taking care of you to be dating right now." said Alex. "hey, don't pin me up with your love life!" screamed Shrubia.
"Anyways, what are your plans for your birthday Shrubia?" asked Sakura. "Is there going to be any ramen?"asked Naruto.
"I was hoping to go to and ice-skating rink, since it's gonna be kind of cold. I mean, it is december." suggested Shrubia.
"Cool! I can definietly go for that!" cheered Sakura. "No Ramen?" said Naruto, sadly. "Don't worry bud, I'll bring
some instant ramen." said Alex as he patted Naruto's back. "Your paying that with your own money right?" asked Shrubia.
"Hey, your birthday, your respondsibilty with the guest, activity and foods and drinks." said Alex. "How rude!" said
Shrubia. And the friends laughed all day long.
