Jack stood still frozen in time. The sounds of sirens are all around him. He had watched as she slowly falls to the ground. There was nothing he could do, but watch her fall. The one thing he holds dear. His only comfort left on this earth. Tears fill his eyes. He rode with her as the ambulance drove her to the hospital. Once there, he was force to to do the only thing he could, wait. This was worse than any torture he had ever face, he thought, until the doctor came with the news that his daughter was in a coma, and that it is not likely that she will regain consciousness. It was all his fault. She became a target as she took the enemy's attention off him, and this gave him enough time to retaliate. However, in the process this was a much higher price to pay. He would rather die if given another chance. He gave Kim a kiss on the forehead and left. Outside Tony was waiting. He walked alongside Jack. "I know what happen was bad, but you got to focus. You got to find out who did this to her, and let the authorities take over." Jack stop. He gave a soft chuckle. "Let the authorities handle it, like they handle Nina? I have had enough. I'm out." "Jack!" Jack turned back and with just one look Tony stood still in his track. Jack continue to walk away. There was no malice in Jack's voice before. This made Tony more scare.
