Darkness, there was nothing but darkness.

There was no wind, the atmosphere around me was cold and dry, while water
and swirling mists mingled which each other.

I am nothing but a spiritual entity, floating around ceaselessly and
aimlessly, with no sense or direction.

Then, something began to happen. A soft light seemed to radiate from all around, and for the first time, I could see a lone figure standing in the
middle of it all.

There was something majestic about him. A soft golden light radiated from
him.

He raised his arms, palms facing each other and suddenly the air around me began to move. It was sweet and felt like honey. Then, slowly, he brought
them apart, as he did the light began to separate from the darkness.

Next, he commanded the water to separate. Some settled down, while others
stayed on top.

Then gathering the water below. Some formed vast bodies of water, some
formed thin lines than ran through the earth.

Grass and trees began to grow, they were beautiful green things that
sprouted from the ground.

Then he created two massive balls of light, one brighther than the other. He placed them between the upper and the lower waters. They were there to
mark each day that passed by.

The brighter one, he called Sun. The other one was called Moon, he drew out
tiny specks of sparkling light to accompany the moon during night.

But everything else was still and silent except for the occasional rustle of leaves, so he created living things to swarm the waters, land and air.

Lastly, he called unto me, I approached him timidly. He moulded me in his likeness, down to every last detail. He entrusted unto me everything around me, I was supposed to be their guardian. I gave every single one of them
names.

God, pleased with everything that he had done, finally rested.
