Chap 2.
"Sakura wait." Syaoran said running after her. When he finally reached her he asked her why she was so sad.
"You wouldn't know what it feels like anyway. Why should I tell you Li?" Sakura said.
"Because I might know why. You could tell me. And call me Syaoran since I'm calling you Sakura." Syaoran said.
"Okay Syaoran. My mother died when I turned three and my father died in the war against both our kingdoms over the Sakura cards." Sakura said.
"I'm so sorry. I didn't know that..." Syaoran said, but he couldn't finish because Sakura interrupted him.
"I don't need your pity Syaoran." Sakura said.
"I don't pity you Sakura; you know what I lost my father when I was only three to." Syaoran said.
"So I've heard is that why you're so cold?" Sakura asked.
"Yes it is. If I'm cold to everyone I wouldn't love and if I don't love I wouldn't feel pain. I don't want to feel the pain of losing another love one again. But that's all changing." Syaoran said.
"Okay Syaoran. Have a nice day. I'll talk to you tomorrow. It's getting late. Bye bye." Sakura said.
"Bye bye Sakura." Syaoran said.
And with that they parted and went to their bedrooms thinking of each other....
