The Great Ideas Final Fantasy VII

My thoughts on the ideas and the genes of the Earth. There will be five chapters, and VII is the first. The rest of the summary is inside. Discontinued.

                                                                        Angel-Final Fantasy VII

                Author's notes: First, I'd like to note that there is going to be five different versions of this up.  The first is Final Fantasy VII, then VIII, then IX, then X, and finally, X-2.  I would post them all together, but usually the Final Fantasy crossovers don't get a lot of attention, and I'd like this to be well known.

                Second, I think there is going to be some serious OOC in the future.  This is about the Great Ideas of the Earth, and I'd like the characters to be serious.  I tried my best to keep them in character, but it doesn't always work out.

                Third, most of the story is going to be talk.  There isn't going to be too much moving around and description and all that.  I'd rather this be about the idea itself, and not about the action in the background.

                Now, onto the story.  I hope you like it!

                "Hey Vincent?" Cloud opened his eyes to see the black haired man shift.

                "…"

                "Do you think that Sephiroth is an angel?"

                Vincent was silent for a moment.

                "An angel…it is a form of a higher being.  Perhaps Sephiroth could be considered a higher being…but an angel?  Angels are said to lack emotions, and Sephiroth surely has them.  It is also said they lack bodies.  Sephiroth was born of Hojo and Lucrecia, two humans.  Surely, he is human, and therefore he possesses a body."

                "You seem to know a lot about angels."

                "I've had a lot of time to read and think."

                "What else do you know?"

                "Nothing else relates directly to Sephiroth."

                "Is that all you can conclude, then?"

                "Yes."

                "So, which do you think he is?"

                Vincent was silent again.

                "Perhaps…he is only a transformed human…like me…"

                With that he turned to face the wall again.  Cloud opened his mouth to say something else, but then a wave of thought rushed over him, and he stopped to think.

                Author's notes: Thank you for reading!  I'm sorry it was so short, but I didn't really have too much to say on the subject.  I just wanted to conduct an experiment, to see why Sephiroth's theme song is 'One Winged Angel.'  The one winged part is right, but I don't think he is an angel.  He lacks a body in the end, but he was born of humans.  I don't know that much about angels; I had to use the Great Ideas book to study up on them, but most of the chapter was about angels in a religious sense, and that wasn't what I was looking for.  If you think more should be added, say so and I'll try, but I can't guarantee anything.
