The itsy, bitsy spider...

Peter looked around. He was surrounded by at least thirty big, tough looking guys. No way would he be able to take all of them. Even if he tried, he would probably be seriously hurt or worse! Dead! There was only one way to find out..."Hey guys! Come and get me!"

Climbed up the water spout...

As if on cue, the men charged. From all angles he was attacked. His spider- sense couldn't even help him! Even if he did sense someone coming at him and he turned to fight him, he would be attacked from behind attacked at once...they hurt so bad.

Down came the rain...

He fought as best as he could. Shooting webbing in all directions. Occasionally he hit someone but it wasn't enough. There were just to many of them.

And washed the spider out!...

Peter felt his body slowly weaken and his Spider-Man costume tear. Punch and punch. He knew he that at least fifteen bones were broken and he was bleeding from every possible place on his body. Someone swung and hit him directly in the jaw, causing him to fall back. He didn't try to get up. He knew he was going to losing, dying even! Why even try?

But out came the sun...

His vision started to become foggy. He saw the blurred outlines of the men taking turns hurting him. Soon he felt nothing. His body had gone numb. He couldn't move his body no matter how hard he tried. Soon he saw the blurred figures leaving. "Come on! He's done for!" was all Peter heard and then silence.

And dried up all the rain...

So this was how he was going to go? Being beaten to death by criminals. He didn't even know who had sent the guys! Some way to go! he thought. Then he thought about all the things he would miss. Mary Jane, Aunt May, and Harry! Soon he saw a light. A very bright, white light. Then a figure appeared in the light. A very familiar figure. "Uncle Ben?" Peter asked in disbelief. Uncle Ben just nodded and held his hand out. This time Peter didn't refuse it. Soon he felt himself being pulled up. "Heaven awaits..."

And the itsy, bitsy spider climbed up the spout again...
