Author's Notes: School is getting me busy, and this piece was originally made for a club application. If you want something happy, then hit the back button, for this is not for you. I don't want flames, please. I'm as blue as Legolas in this poem.

I have loved you all these years,

Yet who has heard my plea?

Who had had the heart to see me,

As I went down my knees?

Is it my fault?

My fault that you never knew,

That such love I had for you,

For you and you alone?

I saw you with another,

How it had shattered my heart!

Listen, please, listen,

Give me a chance to prove my love!

Yet who has heard my plea?

I never had the chance,

You never saw me go,

As my tears steadily flow.

My feet take me to the shore,

Of the sea that long has hauled

At my fragile heart…

Now nearly falling apart.

The wind plays with my hair,

My dark locks brush my face,

So filled with sorrow…

Too much for me to bear.

My hands are raised above my head

And with one sweep,

One graceful arc of a leap,

My body touches the cold of the sea.

She engulfs me in her cold embrace,

She pulls me to her depths,

And I close my eyes forever,

As I finally give up my life's grace.

My soul finally departs,

The body so tormented by despair,

Will you even remember me?

I who loved you for all eternity?

Will you ever remember me?

I who loved you, for all eternity?

Such sadness…I rarely write about heartbreak, but when I do, I do it full blast. I really am sorry.
