Song: Imaginary by Evanesence

"You'll never win. I will get my way." "Never. You will never harm my family." "Is that so. Let us see what you think of this. Avada Kaderva!" There was a blinding flash of green light. And James Potter lay dead on the floor. Voldemort let an evil laugh ring through the house as he walked up the stairs.

I linger in the doorway

of alarm clock screaming monsters calling my name

let me stay

where the wind will whisper to me

where the raindrops as they're falling tell a story

"Miss Evans, give me the baby or you will suffer like your husband. "Never. You will never harm my boy." Lily turned around facing her back toward Voldemort. She held Harry close to her rocking him every so slightly. Lily began to cry, spending the last few moments with her son. "Hand him over." "NEVER!!!!" With that another flash of terrible green light and the screams of a dying mother came about.

In my field of paper flowers

and candy clouds of lullaby

I lie inside myself for hours

and watch my purple sky fly over me

Harry began to wail under his mother's body. Voldemort turned Lily over and picked up young Harry. As he walked away he spat on Lily and under his breath murmured, "Good for nothing, filthy little mudbloods." Harry began to quiet down, but as if he knew Voldemort was evil he began to tremble. Voldemort raised his wand at the infant's face.

Don't say I'm out of touch

with this rampant chaos - your reality

I know well what lies beyond my sleeping refuge

the nightmare I built my own world to escape

Harry sat up drenched in sweat. He was angry. Why had it been him? Why not Neville? What did he do to deserve this? Out of rage he began to pound the wall. Vernon came in purple faced. "What are you up to now boy," he said angrily. "Stay away." "Why I ought a..." "I SAID STAY AWAY!" For once Vernon's purple face went pale... more like lavender. Slowly he left the room, and Harry began to calm down.

In my field of paper flowers

and candy clouds of lullaby

I lie inside myself for hours

and watch my purple sky fly over me

Harry fell asleep crying from anger and sadness. His world had been shattered to a million pieces when he was little. As he began to dream he had the nightmare again. Every time remembering each breath he took. He was tossing and turning. He began to scream. His door opened. A hooded figure came in.

Swallowed up in the sound of my screaming

cannot cease for the fear of silent nights

oh how I long for the deep sleep dreaming

the goddess of imaginary light

Green light flashed, crying outside, evil laughter, pain, and then darkness.
