A/N: I made this little poem up yesterday for the heck of it. And since Kenshin is my favorite character from Rurouni Kenshin, of course. For this poem the time would be set in the first few days that Kaoru knew Kenshin. I guess that makes this poem set in Kaoru's POV then, ne?

Just a Wanderer
Just a small and peaceful soul.
Just a traveling heart,
Alone.
Just a someone with a nobody,
Seemingly without a part,
And on his own.
Just a little someone,
To brighten up your dreams.
He's just a simple wanderer,
But he's more than what he seems.
Just a man on the road with his sword.
Just a mind full of giving thoughts.
Just a someone with deadly memories,
That by no one can be bought.
He's that someone that you're looking for,
To always make you smile.
And really,
He's just a wanderer.
But I hope he'll stay a while...
