Melinda stared at the screaming Lisa. " Lisa relax, I can explain! " Lisa stopped screaming " What the hell are you talking about. There's a big spider on that guys shoulder! " She pointed at Sirius " God I hate spiders!"
Sirius took the spider and threw it out the window, " there, it's gone now. Happy? " " Yep, very happy "
She turned around to look at Melinda " Why didn't you show up at the café? " Melinda thought that it would sound stupid if she said that there was an explosion, and that 2 characters from the Harry Potter books had showed up their world. So she looked down in the ground and muttered " I forgot."
Melinda introduced Sirius and Remus as her cousins Nicholas ( Sirius ) and Brandon ( Remus ) and then she promised Lisa that they could hang out together the next day.
When Lisa had left, there was silence. Sirius was the one to talk first. " So..... do you belive us now? " Melinda thought long and hard. She had always belived in magic, but this was just to much to belive.
She shook her head " I'm really sorry guys, but I just can't! " Sirius stood up, and went over to the window. Suddenly he turned to face Melinda and Remus.
" Fine... we'll prove it to you! " He took out his wand, pointed it into the air and said " Expelliam..... " Remus got to his feet and yelled " Sirius are you nuts! If you use magic, we'll be expelled as soon as we return to Hogwarts "
Sirius lowered his wand " Your such a killjoy Moony! " he snorted. But Remus didn't listen to Sirius, he was getting use to his friends saying that to him. " Well, maybe I am, but one of us has to be the responsible one. God knows what would happen if James and you were prefects! "
Melinda laughed. " I'm starting to belive you two, you sound exacly like I imagined Sirius Black and Remus Lupin to be. " Remus and Sirius looked at her, not knowing if it was a compliment or an assultment.
Remus smiled " I'm glad your starting to belive us, but we still have to figure out how to make this work, until we can get back. " Sirius nodded, but then he looked sirious ( got that? sirious? *lol* )
" Hey Moony, aren't you forgetting something? " Remus smile faded, how could he forget ? " Good God, how are we going to manage that? "
" What are you guys talking about? Manage what? " But then she was interupted again.... not by Lisa, but by her mother.
" Melinda darling, it's dinner time. " Melinda hated the way her mother called her, it was a so suggar sweet voice, that it maked Melinda nauseas.
" I'm comming mother, but I have some friends with me. Can they stay for dinner " Melinda knew that her mother hated Melindas friends, but she would never say it in front of them. So soon after the mother answered, again in a very sweet voice.
" Sure you can sweety, but hurry will you? We don't want your food to be cold. " Melinda climbed down the ladder from the treehut, followed by Sirius and then Remus.
* lawyer gains conscious * Lawyer: Why did you do that?
