Chapter 5
As they sat around the kitchentable, Melindas mother was very interested in finding out more about Sirius and Remus.
Her father didn't say much, but Melinda was used to that.
And her 6 year old brother Matt, kept asking them stupid questions.
Again Melinda introduced them as Nicholas and Brandon, but this time they were new classmates. And brothers
" So Nicholas and Brandon.. what do you think of the school? Were did you go before? Are you new in town? " Her mother kept asking.
Remus sighted. He knew that he had to make something up fast. " Well. We just started school yesterday, so we still have to get use to it. Our previous school was in France. And yes we are new in town." He blurbed out. He was thinking about how it sounded.
Melindas mother looked at Remus. " France really? We're french too. How funny! What is your last name? "
But Remus didn't answer, and Sirius didn't answer. Melindas father did: " Dear.. Let it go okay? The boys must be hungry. "
They all sat and ate their dinner in peace.

At Hogwarts School of Wichcraft and Wizardry (4 hours earlier )
James Potter and Peter Pettigrew looked at the spot where their 2 friends had dissapeared from.
" Peter you stupid rat! What the hell happend? " James shouted.
" I don't know James. Honest! " Peter began to shake, he hated being yelled at. He looked into Remus and Sirius´ cauldron " Do you think their okay James? "
Now their potion teacher ( Professor Valiant ) appearred, he looked like he was going to explode.
" Potter, Pettigrew! Explain yourself! " There was a few giggles coming from the Slytherins, how they loved when the Gryffindors got points taken.
" Actually Professor, we aren't quite sure. Remus and Sirius just dissapeared! " James saw Severus Snape laugh.
" James walked over to the Slytherins, grabbed Severus and shouted " Laugh again and your dead meat Snivillus! "
" TEN POINTS FROM GRYFFINDOR MR. POTTER! "
When class was over, they had managed to get 50 point taken, but no matter how much James shouted, it didn't bring back Sirius and Remus.
It didn't take long untill the whole school had heard about Remus and Sirius dissapering..... but most of the student were pretty sure, that it was just another one of their tricks. But when Sirius and Remus didn't appear at dinner, they got worried.
James and Peter were called to Dumbledores office. Professor MaGonagall stood in a corner of the room, with tears in her eyes.
"Take a seat boys" Dumbledore said quietly "Please tell me what happend."
[flashback]
Sirius: You do know this potion is impossible to make right Moony?
Remus: Nothing is impossible Sirius. Just try to focus okay?
Sirius: Fine whatever, as long as I don't get an T on our test.
Remus: What's T?
Sirius: Troll *laugh*
Remus: That's not funny, if you don't start to concentrate you'r gonna flunk Potions.
Sirius: Take it easy Moony, it was just a joke.
Remus: Less Jokes, more herbs Sirius.
( Peter turns around to face Remus and Sirius, trying to balance a plate full of herbs.)
Peter: Hey guys, look at this!
[flashback end]
"And that was pretty much what happend" James said with a sad expression."
