Don't Cry

I never knew until the end
The love I had for you
And now you're gone and I'm still here
I know now what to do

That day I glanced first upon you dear
Angel of the Light
Posessing beauty, hope, and to crown the tree
A constant will to fight

You'd never give in, you'd never give up
That much I love most of all
But when bearing the burden of your sins
You'd still accept the fall

The woman who saw me through it all
As "the Son" turned to "the Man"
Your inspiring words kept me afloat
No more can't but surely can

How much I cried to see you gone
Though a sparkling blossom still
The pain would melt my soul away
But your words gave strength to Will

Now to right the wrongs, and truly bring
Peace unto my heart
I will close this chapter in the Book of Life
And accede to play my part

Before I didn't have the strength
But now my fortune's been read
I'll walk the same route my mother did
Bearing Death's Mark on my head

Flonne, my Guardian Angel
To give you life, I'll gladly die
So when you come back and see me gone
