Skittery opened his email, and waited as he received his new mail. The spam said everything from "Can't get it up? Viagra is right for You!", to "Lose that saggy, flabby weight now!", to "You need dental insurance! Get it from us because we're desperate!"
He settled down to read his messages.
He eventually came to an email that said, "Would you like to supersize that?" He was curious, so he opened it. It said in huge letters, "Would you like a bigger penis?"
Skittery looked in his pants, and thought to himself, "Y'know, I don't think I need one."
