Lamp's Shade – Tatsumi
I hated it from the moment it arrived in my office. It was, and still is repulsive in both its form and function. What do I need another object to create shadows for? It sits there on its stand – Mocking me with the shadows it creates. He brought it into my workplace boasting of its ability to "brighten up this dreary atmosphere". He thought it would defeat my shadows – Bring warmth and light in. It wasn't the lamp that let the light into my world. When he comes into my office, the shadows his lamp creates disappear.

Bringer of the light – Watari – A Response
Okay, so maybe it was an ugly lamp. But be reasonable, that office is dark and cold and everything I know Tatsumi tries to make us think he is. The act didn't fool me, so I decided something as I was cleaning my lab. I wanted to show him that I know he's got inside – That his act isn't flawless under examination. That he has passion and warmth on the inside. So I gave him my favorite lamp.
"Yes, 003 I know you aren't pleased about loosing your perch, but I know he'll treasure it just as much as we do".

AN: I think the rest will be done in pairs as well. These are my first drabbles so there is no telling what future format they may take. Not to mention I lack a beta to help monitor things so please let me know if I've made errors in both character and grammar...
