Help

I wrote this poem in January when i'd drifted from God and was trying to find my way back.It's written from the view of someone who's wandered away from God and has realised that their lost in sin, and they are just calling out to God.

Alone in the nightmare I call my mind
All my hope is left far behind
I know your near, but I've turned away
I fall to my knees and I start to pray:
Lord give me the strength to live another day

Feel so alone, because I've drifted away
I no what to do but I cant find a way
To turn 180 into your embrace
I can't hide my fear, my sin ridden face:
All I no is that I'm a disgrace

If you can hear me Lord, draw near me I pray
If you love me Father, help me find a way
I wanna be near you see the darkness go
Because I'm so lost I just follow the flow:
Father if u hear me, let your love show

Caught in the trap of forgetting my dreams,
The Devil chips away a low-self esteem
But You are my strength, my Comfort, my Friend
Help me do a U-turn, before I meet my end:
Take my heart and help it to mend
