The Paranormal Liberation War ended years ago - and both sides lost. The chaos accompanying its aftermath let the country slide into what's de facto a developing totalitarian regime. All hope seemed lost... until a ghost from the past began to gather others like him - those broken and forgotten - for their final performance before exiting the stage.

The entire cast of MHA has the distinct misfortune of being born way earlier. Just in time to witness the Dawn of Quirks. Izuku Midoriya awakens a powerful telekinetic quirk... and, being the superhero fanboy, he decides to become one. And he won't let his broken body, lack of funds, and the on-going collapse of the country around him stop him from achieving his dream.

The League of Villains manage to capture Bakugou during the Training Camp. Unfortunately, they manage to snag Midoriya too. This changes everything. AU

However, plans change as Todoroki and Aizawa both resurface drugged and delirious a few months later. Izuku had never known who his father was but his mother had let enough things slip that he thought he figured it out. But when he asks the centuries old villain if he is his father, the other must admit he has almost no memories of before his head trauma from All Might, leaving both to wrongly assume he truly is his child. Chaos and comedy ensue.

There were plenty of kids out there who got stricken by puberty and went on to become villains and criminals because they weren't able to let it all out.
